I think the counter associates at this location deserve thanks. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond. When I forgot to put a suite # on an order, they got a message through to our carrier to not send packages back. Wow, THANK YOU !!!

I want to thank you all for your service. Being in-between states living wise, I've never had a bad experience getting my over night mail!! I can not think if my packages were ever a day late, but if so it was 1 time but here the next day. Anytime I call the post office, or my brother calls for me the employee number, they always let us know if my package has arrived and they hold it for me and I'll come by to pick up. I love the overnight service I get and will always rely on my post office. (My brother works for the post office for many years) Thank you to all the employees!!!!!! Thank you to the airplanes for arriving ontime too!!!!

Ordered a package on eBay. Says delivered. Is no where to be found. Was a small package that should have fit in my mailbox. I have a USPS tracking number as well. Please require delivery photos like Amazon does. You guys seem to deliver my bills and junk mail just fine.

Been trying to call but got nowhere with USPS about my package that said it was delivered in my mailbox on 7/21 but it wasn't there when I looked. Very unhappy! ā¹ļø

Two of the African women with accents are pretty rude for no reason. Just threw my package at me on top of just having a general rude attitude especially the older one

Update: This continues to be the worst post office Iāve ever been to - the ācustomer serviceā is horrible. Itās been almost three months and our townhouse community still hasnāt received our mailbox keys. They hate it when any of us come in to get our mail because it means they actually have to do their jobs.
Original review: One of the employees is very rude and hostile - canāt remember her name, but she was making fun of me for having a concussion and having to pickup my mail since this post office hasnāt keyed our community boxes yet. Itās been almost two months!

Horrible place, make sure you walk with your own tape. I came to return a package, she insisted I purchase tape. I said just use the label to seal the package, she insisted I must purchase take. Took the same package to Apple Valley and didn't say a word to the cashier and she did the exact same thing I was telling the clerk in Eagan to do. Returning a package doesn't have to be this difficult. I won't be back here.

Fyi if you need to pickup mail, don't wait in the long line. Go to the blue door bear the rent a box section & ring the bell.
