Extremely horrible customer service!I ordered something on Amazon that was over 1000 dollars and Amazon claims it has shipped to the post office, we went to the post office and told us to wait to the blue door, we waited for 1 hour and still no one, we kept asking and they constantly ignored! We are extremely disappointed from this customer service

I just came here after 2 hours of unsuccessfully trying to fax insurance paperwork at FedEx to 2 different fax numbers after calling to verify the fax number twice. Then I went to UPS, where they wanted $10 to mail this simple letter size form. I then went to this post office, knowing from experience it should be much cheaper to mail a letter size paper 10 minutes down the road, from Eagan to Minneapolis. I was here 10 minutes to close, and waited in line for the person ahead of me. When I got to the front, it was still 5 minutes to close. The postal worker would not send my letter certified or any other cheaper way, when all I needed was delivery confirmation. She said they were closed, and shoved a hard sided mailer at me which is more expensive and includes tracking, which costs even more. I had even brought to the counter two soft sided mailers and a fully filled out form for certified mail, but she shoved them to the side. I asked her if I couldn’t mail this some cheaper way when she said this would cost me $10 to send this standard letter size paper 10 minutes down the road, and she just kept repeating it was because they were closed. She didn’t even look it up like they normally do to see if there was a cheaper option or give me any option. It was her way or none. For a place that was closed, it sure is odd people were able to come in the door several minutes after I was done mailing my letter and already on my way to my car. The other person working there was at the counter, but waiting on no one, so it’s not like they had a line of people waiting just before close. Even if they had, I’ve never had a post office before refuse to help the customers that were in line waiting before they closed, no matter how long the line is. I certainly never expected them to refuse to mail something the way a customer requests when that customer is at the counter already fully 5 minutes before they close!

I’ve been coming here to get our mail because the post office stopped delivering our mail all of the sudden. The HOA is fixing the mailbox, and they are taking months.We have some very important mail coming in from health insurance company and the USCIS. I come almost every week, and they’re so tired of me. My grandpa missed his appointment with the USCIS a couple of weeks ago because of this, so that’s why we are anxious about missing our mail. That’s why I’ve been coming a bit more often.Today, I came in (the second time in a week for the first time ever), and it was not even busy at all. But the lady just got irritated at me for no reason. She went off on me with the nastiest tone. For what? Trust me when I say I don’t even want to be here in the slightest. And when you talk to me like that, I’ll defend myself. Could have been nicer, but chose to be nasty for no reason at all.

I wish I could give them no star. My misplaced package was handled horribly. I can’t say everyone who works here sucks, but the few times I’ve come here was pointless. No follow ups that were promised and older African lady was too lazy to even check if my package was possibly in the back.Need better staff!

Nasty attitude customer service at this location the front clerk couldn't get a manager on duty with request upon. They decided to drop off my package at the correct location instead they took a shortcut and drop to a different location that was not authorized. And when call there location they won't pick up there call either. Upon arrival to this station all the say they are SORRY. What kind joke is that? I don't think this is funny when I filed a claim against you folks for neglected deliver! Took 2 hours to find my package. And they shipping cost is not worth it for them to take a shortcut and drop off to a wrong location address. If you do not like your job do not take up deliveries.... this is unacceptable for your customer to waste there time back tracking for a neglected deliveries.HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IF I DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE OR YOU MAIL TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR A SHORTCUT?

There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees

I've only been there once to pick up a list package. Don't try to call, no one ever answers. But when they call you cacl they are super polite and efficient.

It's just a post office; there's long lines and employees with bad attitudes. This location is getting pretty run down (it was built in the early to mid 90s if I remember correctly) but I've seen much worse (Bloomington 55431 post office comes to mind). I USPS as a whole is just going down the tubes in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I changed my address and did everything correctly ans received 3 bizarre letters in the mail today at my new address. Not only was I treated as if I was not me, but the woman Ruth at the desk was laughing at me and being very disrespectful to me as if I committed a crime by changing my address and moving into a 2 bedroom apartment from an efficiency. So I upgraded to a bigger apartment, and was treated by Ruth as if I was lying. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The manager helped me solve the issue

Had lost package. lady at the desk looked couldn't find. I spoke with our carrier. Next day it arrived. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. THANKS.
