Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Prescriptions never done. The last straw was a prescription that was there for a week and when we went to pick it up, they were out. No one bothered to call or let us know. Just didn’t fill it. ??\\u200d♀️\\n\\nEdited to add that a manager did call me and she was great. She took full responsibility because she is really looking to fix the problems she knows exist. Can’t ask for kore than for someone to take responsibility, so I added a star. Not sure if the pharmacy is actually better though.

They have techs filling scripts and usually fail to give the patient instructions for the meds. What’s worse is they consistently lie about pickup times for critical medications with no explanation. This store is dangerous. The treatment of their pharmacists borders on abusive. Walgreens corporate needs to pull all the stops and fix this as soon as possible before someone gets hurt.

My partner picked up a prescription that seemed expensive ($40 for concentrated cortisone cream) and asked if our insurance was applied. They said it was and she paid and left. She called me and we figured out we were overcharged by $31 since our insurance wasn't actually applied to the price. Apparently this was a good pharmacy but there's been some turn over, I'd avoid it for new prescriptions.

These guys are consistently the worst. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner after being called in by doctor so you have to wait in line 20 minutes for someone to tell you it will be maybe 30 more minutes until they can fill it even though the doctor called it in an hour ago.

The staff of the Walgreens Pharmacy on Lexington and Diffley have always been fantastic. I have several chronic illnesses such as diabetes which means I'm in the pharmacy frequently, and very very rarely have I ever had a bad time. On the contrary, the pharmacists and techs working here have always gone to bat for me when I've needed a med early, or ran out of refills, or had to grapple with insurance.

The phone tree is terrible, and never serves my needs, whether I'm calling as a prescriber (most often) or to get prescriptions for my family. There is never an option that meets my needs, and I wait in the phone tree for a very long time in a busy work day.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a pharmacy. Normally this place is great but there is a new lady who appears to be from Africa who has absolutely NO business there. I waited no less than 15 minutes while no one else was there and they kept telling me some BS excuse why my wife's prescription wasn't ready, even though hours ago she received a text that it was indeed ready to be picked up. I finally just left and told my wife it's her turn to deal with it. I will not go back to this place if that pharmacist is there.

The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and caught an error made by the prescribing physician. She explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient and pleasant.
