Horible experience at this location. I had a perscription called in to this location at 12:00. When I went to pick it up at 1:00 I was asked to return in a half an hour, which I gladly did. When I returned at 1:30 I was told it was still being prepared and to return in another half an hour. I challenged this stating that I have already waited a half an hour and I had a sick toddler in the backseat waiting for this perscription. The person at the drive through kept trying to get me to leave, but I kept asking her to check. When she finally checked I was told they were out of that perscription. When I asked her to transfer the perscription she told me the only Walgreens that had this in stock was 28 minutes away. I asked if it could be transfered across the parking lot to Cub, but she rudely said they didn't do that, and I would have to contact my clinic, which was the wrong advice. I went across the parking lot to the Cub pharmacy, where the very helpful pharmacist called Walgreens to get the perscription transfered. The Walgreens employee told the Cub pharmacist that the parmacist was on break and wouldn't be back until 2. I waited at the Cub pharmacy with a crying toddler until 2:00. The Cub pharmacist tried calling back at 2:00, only to be hung up on. The wonderful Cub pharmacist tried calling every five minutes from 2:00 until 3:00, only to be hung up on each time. The Cub employees were nothing but sympathetic and very sweet to us, even though my daughter was crying most of the time. They got us water, offered us a place to sit, and even offered to get my daughter orange juice. I was finally able to get a new perscription filled from my clinic at about 3:30, so we wouldn't have to deal with the Walgreens Pharmacy. My experience today taught me that the Walgreens employees at this location are very spiteful, unprofessional, and rude. I will be taking my business to Cub from now on.

Well I have not had this poor retail pharmacy experience in awhile. Based on appearance of property, it Feels like this store may be closing, and it should be. There are trash barrels blocking the drive through so now you have to go inside the store to get your pills. And when you get to the pharm counter there is a long line. It took 4 hours to fill a simple antibiotic prescription! And when I went back to pick it up, another long line to pick it up. Never again!

ZERO stars. This is the WORST WORST pharmacy ever! The most slow, rude people ever. I've been sitting on hold for over 55 minutes to refill a prescription, and I'm honestly waiting to just get disconnected like always. These people are also so rude when you pick your script up. This is not the first time I have sat on hold for almost an hour!

Of course this place is absolutely terrible. When the manager is so verbally abusive towards her employees (to a point of them being afraid to stand up for themselves due to threats of being written up or terminated, too afraid to reach out to upper management, or they just quit because of it). is a total bully, manipulative, completely disrespectful, causes a hostile enviroment, unprofessional, rude, harasses her employees, sits in her office all day and most of her shift watching cameras rather than actually helping her struggling employees in the pharmacy, (and when asked to help MUTLIPLE TIMES, she states she can see in the cameras that we aren't "that busy" so we don't need her help and she's sick of her employees calling for help, ) and forcing her whole pharmacy and front store to QUIT (10 that I can count off the top of my head in less than a few months) because of her hostile and aggressive behavior.... So sad that all the most amazing employees and managers (who have been there for quite some time) are no longer there because of the MANAGER and the manager alone and now everyone (including the most loyal customers) have to suffer at the hands of someone who treats people like absolute garbage and doesnt take customer care very seriously. She's had such a HIGH turn over rate, doesn't this concern upper management? Guess not) Also, don't bother calling the pharmacy, since everyone left, there's no one to answer the phone. Just talk to the manager herself, and force her to do her job. (Her name is Lazsaun) Or switch to LITERALLY ANY other Walgreens with better management and customer service. If HR were to take how their business runs seriously and speak to the last 25 employees that have left, guaranteed, something would eventually change. She's toxic to the business and Walgreens doesnt really want her as the face to their company. Get rid of her and bring back all of the employees that actually did their job. Talk to the customers and I'm sure they'll agree as well that this pharmacy continues to go down hill. Unless HR starts listening to their employees and customers, this location will be the worst.

Every time I stay at my usual hotel in Eagan, I tend to hit the closest Walgreens. It's a five-minute drive over and it has everything that I need. It occurred to me that it doesn't have everything that I want until I visited this store.Well, I broadened my Walgreens shopping horizons on my final full day in Eagan earlier this month. I decided to drive a bit further and drop by this Walgreens. It's roughly double the time to get here (it's not horrible taken ten minutes), but it's worth it. The drive was pleasant on a gloomy Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of parking in front of this drugstore. I backed into a parking spot and walked in.I liked the products that I was looking at. For instance, the face masks with fun cartoon characters, such as Tweety and Scooby Doo, completely caught my attention. Although mask requirements were relaxed in the Twin Cities, I still wore mine in crowded areas. I picked up a few. They are comfortable, practical, and fun.The face products were cool to browse. They were nicely organized with some discounts happening. The Squishmallows section was excellent. I managed to get a small chick one for Easter. It had a clip, which was perfect to put on my backpack. The plushies selection is terrific at this store. From Care Bears to Star Wars, you can find them here. I also loved the handheld Pac-man game, but decided that I didn't need another one. It's amazing how my willpower works from time to time. I saw a huge table full of Arizona drinks. The bottled ones were $1 each. I am used to the canned versions and they were there, too. The best surprise was seeing fresh flowers. My local one doesn't even have fake ones, let alone fresh ones! I like the concept of getting flowers at a drugstore. Stop in. Get some snacks and chocolate. And, get a small bouquet of roses for that special person before heading home. I dig it.I bought a few items and was helped by a friendly man at the checkout. He was personable and delightful. I entered my phone number into the touchpad to get a discount and collect points, and then paid with a credit card. Done!I may consider driving a bit further when I return. I like this Walgreens a lot, more than my usual one by the hotel. It's that good.(130)

Stood outside for a half hour waiting for it to open because there were no signs saying they were out of COVID tests. As I stood there, more and more people accumulated. It opened and it was obvious we were all looking for the same thing without success. Not a single worker said boo. I went back to the front to ask if they had any tests and the woman said no. Ok. I know I should have just asked when I went in the door, but the fact that my experience with literally all other Walgreens has been that there's a sign if they they are out and no sign if they're in stock, I really thought they'd be in stock. Apparently this location isn't too worried about crowds of potentially sick people wandering through the store together in a pandemic. So. Note to the public: This particular Walgreens doesn't help their patrons like all the others. Just ask.

The covid test wait times are terrible. The store said within a day, the paperwork said two days tops. Calling in on day three with no results the new answer is maybe three days and still no results.
