I have to say that the staff person I dealt with was very rude and condescending. She claimed to be the manager but was sporting some big bulky headphones. Professionalism seems to be lacking greatly here.

Have been twice and both times they were closed during posted business hours. They either can’t keep their staff or the staff just do whatever they want due to lack of leadership. Online orders can’t be picked up because the staff don’t feel like working. Horrible.
