Absolutely horrid. I’ve gotten my prescriptions here all my life and EVERY TIME i have to go back 2-3 times until they actually have it ready. They’ll call and say they’re ready and they aren’t. Then you come back a few days later and guess what, they THREW OUT my prescriptions because i “didn’t come quickly enough”. I hate this place. I’ve gotten upset so many times and the workers are so monotone and unsympathetic. I really try to be understanding considering the shortage of pharmacy technicians, but even when they are fully staffed they suck. I really can’t switch pharmacies since they are so close, but do not come here if you don’t have to. Also the store is really messy and they never have anything in stock, the prices are jacked high and overall it’s a great place to get angry at.

I've shopped at this Walgreens for many years. It's not as busy as some other Walgreens which I enjoy. The store's aisles are uncluttered, the store is well stocked and the store is clean. I had an especially good experience today at the photo developing department. I was making photo books and I had not made them before. I had several questions during my time there. The photo department employee who helped me has worked there quite a while and she was very patient with my many questions. I ended up making and buying four photo books. They turned out even better than I expected. Also, I thought they were quite reasonable. Recently when I bought a new home printer, the salesperson who helped me said that I would still have better luck to have my photos developed at Walgreens, instead of printing those photos at home. He was correct.

If you need to call the pharmacy, be ready to sit on hold for 2hrs with only one person ahead of you.

I would go zero stars if that were an option but one will be adequate. This is my first google review of all time but my experience was SO INEXPLICABLY POOR that I had to leave a review. I have never been treated with more disrespect at any establishment. I was the only person at the pharmacy and was hoping to pick up my prescribed eye drops. While I was talking with the person behind the counter- I was told to call a different Walgreens to see if they had the eye drops in stock? The person behind the counter (who was helping me) then proceeded TO GO ON BREAK while I was being helped. The counter was randomly closed all of sudden and I was left stranded to call other Walgreens. I think this might be my last visit at a Walgreens folks. They do not deserve your business.

Worst Pharmacy ever!! I have never picked up an RX without it taking me 2 to 3 visits in person. They do not answer their phones. No one has ever been particularly helpful or nice. Never again! Finding a new pharmacy.Save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else!!

Horible experience at this location. I had a perscription called in to this location at 12:00. When I went to pick it up at 1:00 I was asked to return in a half an hour, which I gladly did. When I returned at 1:30 I was told it was still being prepared and to return in another half an hour. I challenged this stating that I have already waited a half an hour and I had a sick toddler in the backseat waiting for this perscription. The person at the drive through kept trying to get me to leave, but I kept asking her to check. When she finally checked I was told they were out of that perscription. When I asked her to transfer the perscription she told me the only Walgreens that had this in stock was 28 minutes away. I asked if it could be transfered across the parking lot to Cub, but she rudely said they didn't do that, and I would have to contact my clinic, which was the wrong advice. I went across the parking lot to the Cub pharmacy, where the very helpful pharmacist called Walgreens to get the perscription transfered. The Walgreens employee told the Cub pharmacist that the parmacist was on break and wouldn't be back until 2. I waited at the Cub pharmacy with a crying toddler until 2:00. The Cub pharmacist tried calling back at 2:00, only to be hung up on. The wonderful Cub pharmacist tried calling every five minutes from 2:00 until 3:00, only to be hung up on each time. The Cub employees were nothing but sympathetic and very sweet to us, even though my daughter was crying most of the time. They got us water, offered us a place to sit, and even offered to get my daughter orange juice. I was finally able to get a new perscription filled from my clinic at about 3:30, so we wouldn't have to deal with the Walgreens Pharmacy. My experience today taught me that the Walgreens employees at this location are very spiteful, unprofessional, and rude. I will be taking my business to Cub from now on.

Well I have not had this poor retail pharmacy experience in awhile. Based on appearance of property, it Feels like this store may be closing, and it should be. There are trash barrels blocking the drive through so now you have to go inside the store to get your pills. And when you get to the pharm counter there is a long line. It took 4 hours to fill a simple antibiotic prescription! And when I went back to pick it up, another long line to pick it up. Never again!

Great location. Pharmacy Techs are always helpful and patient especially when dealing with insurance mishaps. I've witnessed many rude customers while waiting in line for my own prescriptions and they always remain calm despite being screamed at. Store is always clean/well-stocked and employees are friendly. Keep up the great work.

The customer service here hasn’t always ever been the best but the woman with the long red hair that works in the photo department is very rude. It’s pretty quiet all the time, she could use some training on customer service. Truly.

This was my pharmacy for a few years but after the past two years the it will no longer be. The customer service is horrible. You can expect to be on hold anytime you call the pharmacy for at least an hour. If you go through the drive up or in store, you usually have a long wait too. When you finally get a person, they are quite disrespectful. They will take zero responsibility to help if you have an issue such as a medication not being in stock or insurance issues. I’m disappointed that the service has declined so dramatically in the past two years and sad it forced me to take my business elsewhere.

Rude staffing. Multiple times.I was just in the phone trying to get info on my med pricing and he just hung up mid convo…Other times I was told by the automated messenger that my prescription is ready for pick up and then I get there and they don’t have it filled.Consistently disappointing experiences here at the pharmacy

At all costs, we try to go to literally any other pharmacy. There’s a 0% chance your prescription will be done when it is promised by. Employees have an attitude about constantly being too busy and overworked.

Our pharmacy for many, many, years. Pharmacies all around town were hit hard during COVID and many are still understaffed. I understand that, and sympathize, but this Walgreens has become too difficult to work with. We are looking to move and I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
