Thida and Chris are miracle workers. I was having eye lid surgery the following day and I had wear contacts but do to my surgery I’m unable to wear them. I lost my glasses and these ladies helped me and expedited my glasses to receive them 3 days later and 1 day after surgery. Exceptional customer service and going out of your way for the customer. Will definitely return.

I had a great experience with customer service. I had to return my glasses which was not their fault and they worked hard to help me throughout the process. I really appreciated their customer service. Everyone was friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Best service ever!!!Chris was very helpful in selecting a frame to fit my face & not slide down my nose!! I have never had anyone spend the time with me that Chris spent with me today. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

This place is the worst I've ever been to, and I've now lived in 8 different states. Not only do the employees not care about their customers, they are also rude. I asked for an update to let me know when my current contact prescription ends, and they neglected to, for the second year/time, in an effort to make me pay for an appointment to order more. I will never visit them again and caution anyone interested to absolutely beware. There are too many alternatives with a respectful staff that are much more deserving of your business!

I recommend not being on the phone with them bc they don’t know what your talking about. I was talking to the manager and she was talking to be really rude she sounded like she didn’t know what she was talking about and on top of it she said I was yelling when I was not so don’t ever be on the phone with them

Stopped in today and was helped by Josie. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and went through all the options with me. It was a wonderful experience compared to other visits in the past and I can only hope she is available to help with my next prescription! Thanks Josie!

I've been going here for at least 5 years. Today will be the last time. I usually go to get lenses put into my frames, but not Today. The woman I spoke with, stated that she could not do it because she couldn't get the current lenses out. I drove 5 minutes to the Sam's Club and they had the old lenses out and had me out with 30 minutes! I'll never go here again!!! 1 star because I had to give them something

This is BS place. The doctor was good but the Asian looking woman was horrible. He had attitude and seemed not knowing what she was doing. I will never ever go back to Eagan Walmart for anything related to eyeglasses. I found people who are more welcoming and more knowledgeable at VisionWorks in Southdale mall in Edina.
