Dave and Gabe are A #1, top notch. Got us in right away and major repairs done THAT DAY ! Helped us out right away for what was, to us, an emergency situation! Listened to our needs, treated us with respect, kept us informed, extremely honest with what was needed and what to look for down the road. They had parts on the ready, quick turnaround, fair prices! Very appreciative during the Thanksgiving Holiday with a snowstorm thrown in on top of that. Most professional, friendly, customer focused auto shop I have ever experienced......and I'm old, so I've been to a few over the years! We dont live in his immediate area, but would travel to use them again!

Great experience with Walstad Automotive. From the time of calling to set up an appointment to the moment they handed me my keys. Very personable and down to earth people. They explained things in detail when I had questions and I didn't feel pressured like most shops. Reasonable prices as well. I would recommend them to others, for sure.

Exceptional service !!! They got me brand new tires the day I called ! They checked other safety, measures . The price was better than any other company ! They are friendly, explained everything I’ve already referred three friends in less than one day!!

They are very straightforward about what to expect from them. They know what they're doing and they don't beat around the bush when talking price. They fixed my car in half a day and pricing was much more fair than I had heard from other places. Quoted me my total at the beginning. I will absolutely use them again!

I dropped my car off one afternoon as it had stalled on me on the highway. The guy at the desk was very nice. He said they would have an answer in the morning as they didnt have anyone there to look at it that afternoon. They called the next day about what was wrong, they ordered the crankshaft position sensor and connecter parts and it was fixed within the next couple hours. It was a fast repair and diagnosing. I was very happy to have it fixed within 24 hours. The only thing that I question is that There was a $160 diagnostic testing charge with the repair. I thought it was a bit expensive for what the repair was.

We have been taking our cars to Dave and his crew for at least 30 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Always a thorough job, expedient, welcoming, but most of all honesty.

Walstad was great. They took our car in right away when other shops said they were a week out. And they expertly knew what the issue was right away. Got our vehicle back the next day even after having to wait a day for a part. We'll definitely go back to Walstad for future service.
