I got a phone screen replaced here years ago. At first my phone worked fine afterwards then all of sudden my battery stopped working after a week from getting it fixed. I know that was a new phone I got 8 months before replacing the screen theres no way the battery was bad until I had someone open my phone up to see. The battery wasn't a new battery it was an old one, the person told me that someone switched my battery out and put an old one back in. I was shocked. I couldn't do anything because they had me sign a form stating they are not responsible for anything that goes wrong with your device. This happened years ago, and I'm suprised they are still open. I never shopped back here because its sketchy, especially when that was the only place I had left my phone with strangers for a period of time.

At Batteries plus in Town Center there was this amazing employee Matthew that was super nice and helped me with my key fob problems. He was great! :)

Needed a new battery for my car, so I went to the Eagan, MN store cuz it was the closest to my work. The customer service person Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable about which battery I needed.I’d give him 5 stars for his great service. I would recommend this location to others.
