Love having this store in our community; they are so helpful and never make me feel dumb as a well-intentioned, yet often clueless, aquarium parent. I really appreciate the ideas, suggestions, and support. Highly recommend supporting this business!

To start off I called the store first to ask a question and was sent to voicemail. Not a big issue maybe the owner was busy. I went in person and checked the place out.The door was propped open with a 2x4 lumber, blocking nearly half the entry way. Stepping in, no one was attending the register or greeting or even asking if I need help with anything. After about 5 minutes the phone rings and the owners are in the back talking with each other with music blasting, so they couldn't even hear the phone, which means my phone call earlier was probably also ignored. After 10 minutes of wandering cramped and possibly fire hazardous aisles the owner finally asked if I needed anything. I asked my question and he answered it but mid conversation another customer cuts me off and they start having a full conversation (probably a regular) but that doesn't mean ignore new customers. I was really tempted to buy their white cloud minnows and a chemical they had but as I got to the register I was completely ignored, as they were still conversating. The customer service here is horrendous, no sense of communication, and catering towards regulars but not new customers. I will not be returning to this store ever. I'd gladly take my business with Petsmart and Petco which is just down the road. The fish selection is mid at best.

Every saltwater tank was loaded with parasites and pest attached to the corals. Everything was over priced compared to all the other saltwater stores in town or even anywhere online. Dead or dying Duncan's in a display tank is a Red flag. Selling corals covered with aptasia, flat worms, and cyano is just asking for trouble. The fish at least looked healthy for the most part, besides being over priced. I can't speak for the freshwater side of things here, but if you are looking at anything saltwater stay away. Go to New Wave Aquaria, Reef Collective, or even the Minnetonka Petco, all safer choices.

This place is great! You can buy reverse osmosis water here for cheap, which for a lot of fish is important because tap water in this area is super hard. The staff spend a lot of time with their customers. During busy times I have had to wait, but that is because I know the staff are working with other customers and doing their best to help them. There's a wide selection of fish and it's also a cool place to visit. They have all the supplies you could need and plenty of experience. Highly recommend!

Mike at Wet World is fantastic! He showed me how to test my salt water and made great recommendations on coral selections. He even told me I could bring some water in and he would test it. That is great service from someone that loves the hobby.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to WetWorld for several years now. Mike is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and loves to talk shop. He always has helpful suggestions. The shop has a nice selection of fish and gorgeous corals and is split evenly between fresh and salt. Solid store and i always leave feeling like i was chatting with friends as you really do build a relationship with Mike and his staff. His kids work there too and it’s great to see it operating as a family business.

I went in for help with getting some water samples tested. Even after he figures out I wasn't buying anything or even into aquariums, he was still helpful.Thank you!

This place is a mess. There are a lot of dead fish in ALL the tanks and the owner mike sits on his behind the counter and acts like he dont care. So I dont care if i go to a BETTER fish store with live, healthy fish. Go to Aquarium Maintenance by Tank Girl Phone: (414) 306-9922. Much better service and you don't have to deal with a angry store owner when you ask a question about the $10,000.00 tank and stand you bought and its got dings and dents, the first tank leaked all over my living room because they (Custom Aquariums out of Green Bay ) are shitty tank builders and mike doesn't stand behind his work.

Good selection of creatures. A little bummed that they have bettas in small containers on the walls. They're not even available to be rescued, I mean sell. Regardless, good selection.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices run a little higher than the big box stores but their stock is much higher quality and their service is better. Completely worth the prices. I had one fish pass within a week and they not only replaced it, they gave me 2 extras. Very happy with their service and I will be giving them my business from now on.
