Stopped in the Eagan office for some financial support and advice. Luis stepped up immediately and provided us the support we needed to make the right decision. My wife and I were impressed with his courteous professionalism! Highly recommend!

Check their BBB rating. I’d give zero stars if I could.
My debit card was cancelled because they tried to send a new card to my old address and it flagged it. Sounds reasonable, except my existing card wasn’t set to expire for a month and there was NO NOTIFICATION of the cancellation, it just stopped working. So I called and of course they couldn’t turn it back on, I’d have to get a whole new debit card number. And the card itself, they can mail or I can go into a branch location.
So I go into a branch location location the next morning, which let’s be honest is a room full of ATMs and two employees who have no desire to help you… only to find out that their card printer is down. So now my options are to try drive to another location and see if their card printer works or they can mail it in 7-10 business days. I think I’ll take option 3 and just cancel my account.
7-10 business days? Are you kidding me? My previous credit union overnighted a new card to my hotel room on a business trip and you can’t get me a card sooner than 7-10 business days? In fact, when I asked if there was a faster shipping option I was told they don’t FedEx cards if you live in Minnesota.

Michael Phillips has been outstanding with his service from personally assisting and closing a HELOC for us, to quickly responding to questions via email or phone, to assisting with transfers that had been a little challenging. Whenever I go into the Eagan office to see Michael it's as if I'm walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name. If you want top drawer service, ask for Michael.The new website upgrade related to their digital banking is a nice improvement with easy to read and find summary details on all of our accounts and with just a click the ability to drill down into the details. I've been with Wings for close to 10 years I think and they are sooooo much better than Wells Fargo where every time I went in, and it was often because they were my business banking institution, there was a complete bevy of new faces behind the counter because the turnover was so high.
