About RXO
RXO Logistics is the largest provider of last mile logistics for heavy goods in North America. They arrange an average of 10,000,000 last mile deliveries and about 500,000 assemblies and installations annually. Customers have praised the company's efficient and professional delivery teams.
One customer had a large delivery handled by Angel Bravo and his colleague, who provided prompt and accurate communication, fast but not rushed delivery, and were highly professional. Another customer, Alejandro and his assistant, were described as very efficient and pleasant to work with, polite and respectful as they carefully unloaded and set up the customer's new exercise bike.
The scheduling process can sometimes be a little nerve-racking due to the need to reschedule, which can be frustrating when the customer has taken time off work. However, the delivery teams are generally exceptional, explaining the process and performing installations quickly and efficiently, even in tight spaces. Customers appreciate the flexibility in scheduling, and overall recommend the service, though note the high chance of needing to reschedule.
