Well in first shipment they couldnt come in time. They were perfect for rest of the shipments.

Work however hard when promised should be delivered. It seems here we have zero accountability and a company whose ethos has become comfortable offering a unsympathic apology.

They damaged my $1500 Traeger grill. Now I gotta wait another 2 weeks for a replacement. I hope Traeger chooses another courier this time.
