Seems they never ever can get the pizza done on time, the pizza is good finally again but dosent matter what location your at. The workers twke forever and dont seem to be apologetic about it. Just rude, wish they could hire some good people. But i know thats hard to find now adays.

I stop by this Casey’s every morning before work. Depending on the cashier, I usually have a great experience. Lately, I arrive at 4:35 and doors are locked, lights are off, and when it is open, I’m waiting longer than usual at the counter.

This establishment peaked years ago. Last time I went in there a very angry, impolite senior woman working in the kitchen. I waited to be helped, she looked up at me but she ignored me for 5 -8 mins and finally said “yes?” like I was lost. I asked her if she could add a few toppings to the sandwiches I was buying from the warmer. She reluctantly said yes and proceeded to abuse the sandwiches physically and she utilized all forms of body language to make sure I knew how massive the inconvenience was for her.
Feeling relieved to leave, I get into my car and unwrap my sandwich. I bite in and to my absolute dismay the chicken sandwich was pure cartilage and fat. It was chewy and mushy, almost zero edible meat. I know the meat comes frozen in a box so that is out of Casey’s control, however the quality the staff is absolutely controllable. Not sure who hired her to work in customer service industry but yikes on them.

This Caseys is always filthy. The people who work there are always very nice. Food is always good. I'd honestly drive out of my way to go to a different store than go to this messy one.

Have ordered pizza here multiple times they never have the pizza ready according to the correct time. When talking with staff they also have the same excuse and never have the pizza started. Called to cancel the ordered and the worker became upset on the phone stating they are so busy, however when in the store they were simply standing around. Will not be ordering pizza from this Casey’s again!! It’s quicker to go to the next town than it is to wait for them. Very disappointed!!

Super friendly staff. I was having trouble pumping gas and they sent someone out to help me. I picked up a pepperoni pizza and it was the best. Now I will never get fuel at any other place. Highly recommend!

Anthony who took my customized pizza order over the phone was incredibly kind and professional. As was the gentleman behind the counter of the front desk. It's employees like these that keep people coming back!

The few times I have gotten pizza from this location the cook in the back is coughing all over the food covering their mouth may be 50% of the time it’s absolutely disgusting no face mask or anything just hacking a lung all over the food

Slightly annoyed that all of the warmer food was at 1-3 hours past its best by time around 6 pm. An average Casey’s otherwise.

Honestly can’t stand going in here anymore. I enjoy Caseys Pizza and order it often from the app. I used to go when the app predicts my food will be ready. It was never ready when it said it would be. So I started giving it extra time. Still, never ready. Today…I waited 20 minutes over the estimated time. Again not ready. It’s always the same guys working. It’s always the same excuses. There was another guy waiting as well. Same story from him. I asked how the app predicts wait times. “It doesn’t account for multiple orders”. There were two orders. Mine and the other gentleman waiting. I was told it would be 10 minutes more. Ok fine no problem. One guy leaves for “a smoke break”. Comes back 5 minutes later to get his jacket because it’s “too windy” and leaves again. The other gentleman that has been waiting finally gets his order. And then I realized they hadn’t even started mine. I canceled the order and left.This is not customer service. This is laziness. This is lack of accountability. It needs fixed.

Everyone has always been so kind and friendly whenever I go in at random times during the day! I know this place is usually where I get my gas as I don’t work in Mankato and earn gas points at the senior living facility!The pizza is always delicious and hot and when we had salads years ago before seeing my deceased grandma they were scrumptious!
Parking: Sometimes if I’m just going for a couple minutes I have parked in front of the dumpster and nobody has ever said anything!

Stopped at the store when I was painting in town to buy a couple of lottery tickets last Thursday. The cashier behind the counter asked me if I wanted to buy another ticket for the Powerball that they accidentally printed. The ticket was$15 dollars. 5 drawings for the Powerball with the power play selected. I always buy tickets when this happens because you never know, but the $15 was way more than I normally would ever spend.On Sunday I checked my numbers to see if I had won any money, only to notice that the ticket was for the drawing the day before I purchased it.I called the store and they did say they would reimburse my purchase but now I need to drive almost an hour out of my way, and they won't give me anything for my trouble (not even a small gift card).Be careful if you buy lottery tickets from this store. I will never stop at this store again when I'm passing by on highway 14.
