“Well I once again had to bring my truck to Oak Ridge. I hit a deer and caused a ton of damage. Oak ridge again worked with my insurance company and fought with them to make sure my truck got fixed. They kept me updated and made sure my truck was looking great again. 10/10 recommend again.
This place is absolutely amazing. When I crashed my truck last year my insurance tried to tell me it was going to be totaled before even looking at it. I went to here and Tony was amazing. He looked at my truck and actually got in touch with the insurance guy in this area and asked him to look at it for me. Tony was so professional and helped with everything he could to make the process easier. He kept me informed every step of the way and apologized for all delays even when they weren’t his fault (delay of getting parts due to the strikes) 10/10 recommend this place!”
“Ron and his staff went above and beyond when dealing with my Jeep. Had a couple dents and scrapes in my doors that needed repair from a minor collision. Not only did they fix those, but they also popped out another dent unrelated to the incident at no cost. During the whole process, Ron was in constant contact with me about what they were doing and what the timeline would be. Cannot recommend this place enough”

“I have been a customer since I started driving, as my parents used Rogers a few times and I didnt know &*^% . Everytime I have needed work they have not only come through with timely great work, they destroy other estimates I have requested. For example, this time around I requested 3 qoutes as I was not paying for all the work. Roger's was $1400, other two were $1700 and $2400. Now if the work was subpar I get it. This however is not the case, which is why I continue to go here first. Have not once been disappointed with the customer service or the work. Thanks and keep it up!”
