“I was at the Eastside Express on June 8, 2019 at about 6:45 pm. The clerk ( female) was unprofessional and rude. The first and only customer in the store was Hispanic, when I entered along with 3 other customers. This first customer, this clerk looked at him and told him he would have to wait, and she proceeded to help the rest of us. Granted I understand asking someone to wait if they have alot of tickets, but this man had only 4 to cash out. I find this appalling, rude, and embarrassing! This is not my first time seeing this clerk acting unprofessional, I will not stop going to this store because of one rude clerk. The other clerks I've dealt with are helpful and pleasant!”

“We waited 30 minutes to get a table so I went up to ask where we were at and apparently they lost our reservation?? Anyways Cole was super helpful and was able to get us a table right away. We also were not able to watch the UND Hockey game at JL BEERS so kudos to you guys. But this would definitely be a negative review if it wasn't for Cole.”

“Crude and scam-like business practices with a 30 day requirement to rollover funds after termination. Their letters are printed and sent weeks letter saying 30 days required to return form to employer then the employer send to them. Then they charged fees and fines if not completed in time. It’s scam-like to make additional fees.”
