“I had a little snafu as the website captcha wouldn’t work (probably not Prepper Gun Shop's issue) so i called in.
Russell answered immediately and was on point with what i was looking for and took my order over the phone. Good guy!
My wife overheard me on the phone and after i hung up she asked why i didn’t order more. So i logged into the site with my account that Russell had just set up for me and clicked reorder on the order he had just entered. Worked like a champ. Two identical orders. Arrived at same time.
