“I had a good trip to the market, today. What's more, I think I made a friend. Customer service was good, all around the store. I got to chatting with the health food clerk. He's a real friendly guy. We got to talking about the demands of the job and he said he feels awkward with it. There just aren't enough health food nuts in town. He spends a half hour a day helping people find things and the rest of the day just trying to look busy. He said he regrets that other people have to come in and work so hard and besides being on his feet all day, he has it easy. I asked him, 'so aren't you getting up there in years, isn't it natural to start taking it easy?' He said 'You put me up against any of these young bucks and I'll be able to hold my own.' I told him that I admired him for his ethics and I promised to get the word out. Maybe, they will be able to give him a little more work and he will feel like a member of the team, again. I think I've found my new favorite grocery store.”

“It was not scary if you have anxiety and people are helpful, especially other customers it is a bit frustrating if this is your first time and it’s rather big store, but I did eventually find what I wanted. The time I went, there was absolutely no Kleenexes of any kind no paper products except toilet paper. This could have been due to parents getting their kids ready for college, don’t take my word for checking out yourself”
