Needed a bathroom fan part that the big box stores didn’t sell. They were friendly and professional on the phone, called me back promptly, and in 15 minutes I drove there and they had exactly what I needed ready. I waited that long for someone to help me at the big box store—and ended up leaving when no one came! Amazing service and fair pricing.

Fraud location. Sold me a $15 item for $35. When i first called them, they said its about $15. I went ahead and ordered it. And when bill came it was $35. I asked them about it. And guy said, oh sorry there must be some confusion. He even told me that since they sell this item very rarely, its very expensive. Exact same item that is about 2 inch wide cost only $5.
I then called another Ace Supply Store located at different location. That location agreed that its about $15 and no way it would be $35. I request the other store to talk to eden prairie store . They did for me and even ordered for me at around $15 and was told go and pick up there from Eden Prairie location. But the fraud person at Eden Prairie location refused to sell me at $15. I again explained them about other store and asked them what happened this time? This time the fraud person came up with new story and that is ..the $15 price is only contractors and for rest is $35.
Another fraud practice they do is that they don't disclose there price online so that they can charge you whatever they want.
I would highly suggest to avoid this Eden prairie fraud location at all cost.

Very nice people. Very tight place to back a semi into! Have to use up most of the two lane road with a lot of traffic coming in both directions,not to mention all the cargo vans coming & going. Very busy little place. You have to circle around the South side of the building for shipping & receiving. Only one dock & one way to get in to it for a semi truck.
