I had the Aqua Engineering Inc company trench and bury a sump drainage pipe in my yard, and they did a great job! They asked how I wanted the job done, and they completed it very quickly, going under the sidewalk, and drilling into the back of the storm drain! The grass in the yard was in great shape after the work! They saved me a lot of time and headaches! Thank you!

Have had them do work post installation work which is timely, dependable over 15y.. But the big thank you is on programming the sprinkler system in a crisis pinch. We were about to leave town for several days with a totally replanted/reseeded yard and totally failing on getting the unit set right. Resources at Aqua talked us thru setting and all was great. Well done Aqua!

We had a zone valve stuck open and no plans to show it's location. They were able to come out within 24hrs and location the valve box to replace the stuck diaphragm. They also found several tree roots that were restricting our pipes causing several heads to not run. Great service. Very polite staff!

I have used Aqua Engineering on multiple properties and have always had a great experience with their technicians as well as everyone in the office. They always deliver on scheduling and their technicians are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I switched to Aqua engineering a few years back when the installer of my sprinkler system would not return calls to winterize my system. Since then I have worked with Aqua Engineering for both winterization and spring inspection and startup. This summer I had the size of my sprinkler system doubled to cover newly sodded areas. They did a great job. However, and the reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars, is it it took three summers to get them out here. My mistake was asking the service people when they were at my house to set up a plan for my sprinkler system. Communication with the head office got lost in the ether. Even after calling the main number I had to remain vigilant and touch base regularly to make sure I was a priority. It was explained to me that getting staff these days is hard and customer demand is very very high.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

These guys were terrible. I 100% regret calling them. I had them come out to look at a water feature system and explicitly told them that the issue was with the pump, not the water supply. They came out and dug up a bunch of grass and then told me that the water supply wasn't the issue. I told them that I knew the water supply wasn't the problem and that it was the pump. So then they proceeded to dig up these big underground landscaping rocks in another part of my yard where they looked at another area of water supply. I felt like we were speaking in completely different languages. The worst part is that when I came home, they hadn't put one of the big landscaping rocks back into place and instead placed it against the exterior of my garage. When I asked them to replace it they said that it was "too heavy" and that there was "no need to put it back." Unbelievable.

They were completely unhelpful. I purchased a house with a sprinkler system and I knew nothing about it. So I called Aqua Engineering's number, as their name was on the controller and on the winterizing logs.I hadn't moved in yet, so when I made the appointment, the receptionist said they'd call while they were en route. They showed up unannounced and had to wait for me, which was probably as frustrating for them as it was for me.It may be because of the miscommunication, but were very flippant and unhelpful. I'd called because there was an error message for one of the zones, and they were like, "it just does that sometimes," and rebooted the controller.I was having USI Fiber installed and wanted to know if they could help mark the lines so that the system wouldn't get damaged when the fiber ran through the yard. They just rolled their eyes and were like, "If they hit it, they hit it."I mentioned that the home had been a rental property for 1-2 years before we bought it, and perhaps needed a tuning or inspection. Again, they shrugged it off and wouldn't stick around to look at how the heads were behaving. They wouldn't share any more information or advice. They said they programmed it for Monday/Wednesday/Friday, wouldn't say anything about when or for how long.A few weeks later they sent an invoice for $90. For nothing other than a reboot and some dismissive commentary. That summer, water sprayed into the streets in front of our house, and our back yard dried out and died. When it came time to winterize again, this company didn't return my online service request or call for almost 3 weeks. I found another vendor who came out to winterize the same day. The new company will actually talk to me, and is going to set up an automated system for next year that will be tuned correctly.I guess I'm glad that Aqua Engineering's terrible service drove me to find a much better vendor, but I'm frustrated that a company like this will charge so much for so little.

Wouldn't recommend. We've had ongoing problems with our system and every time they send a team of 1-2 guys that spend 6+ hours slowly destroying the yard and then send a bill for an absurd number of hours that would have taken another company 1-2 hours. Pricing appears cheaper up front, but not worth it IMO.

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Aqua Engineering over the last 20 years. They know what they are doing and show up when they say they will. They are very professional and can always be reached with a simple phone call. We could not be more satisfied with their service.

I was treated very Dudley by Any of the billing department. They erroneously billed for sprinkler head replacement with our disclosing the location of them. I asked for this information but was treated extremely rude! Then Amy from billing said that She would cut my bill of $350.00 in half if I would pay it ($175). My husband called for Winterization and was told to pay the remaining amount that was $175.00 before they came out. This amount was suppose to be cancelled out per our conversation. I called Amy back to let her know we used a different company as they did not show up. I asked for my money back as they didn't uphold their agreement to come out to Winterize and or cut our bill in half and settle the remaining balance. They price gouged the Winterization fee and I cancelled. I called to get the 175.00 back and was argued with! I am absolutely mortified by the lies and deception of the business practices of this company. I asked for the owners # and she would not give me his name or number. Don't use this company.....terrible billing practices + manipulative, doesn't itemize work, bills erroneously and puts customers last!

Weve had fantastic experiences with the many workers at Aqua for almost 30 years. Our system has worked wonderfully each spring, summer and fall. I highly recommend this company.

Great friendly service. They maintain our sprinklers for us. The tech took time to show me how to set the controls for the system and gave me some useful recommendations!
