Have bad information which subsequently wasted my time. Not helpful; better going to Southdale location….when I went to Southdale location, there just happened to be another group that was there because of a bad experience at this EP location.

Dallas was so helpful and knowledgeable about every single product. He even volunteered to clean my phone because it wasn’t charging properly. Definitely will be back!

Came last night to get hot spot fixed they couldn't help was told to come back in morning come back this employee
Cassie was no freaking help
We needed our hot spot fixed she didn't even want to call tech support which had to be done by her to get problem fixed with no help from her just stalling I walked out waiting for next employee to arrive and ask him for help because it was too hard for her to call tech support and do her job she must just like standing around doing nothing and likes wasting customers time

Once again, AT&T customer service is a total fail when it actually matters!
I brought in a device that I bought less than 6 months ago (Samsung Flip 6; released June/July 2024) on which the touchscreen suddenly stopped working from one second to the next (literally, used it all morning, and the next time I flipped it open, no response). I am a strong believer that regarding damage that was not caused due to any external factors, on any electronic device that is less than one year old, there shouldn't be ANY hesitation to just replace what's broken and the manufacturer warranty should be all that's needed. However, staff gave me a lot of "well without insurance we're not sure what we can do here". If it was anything that I actually caused to the phone, I would understand their position, but this thing 100% stopped working while I was just using it, and it's barely 6 months old... They eventually told me I would need to go to one of AT&T's certified repair services "ubreakIfix" which meant I had to drive to the next city and cross my fingers they could fix the issue (spoiler alert, they weren't willing to do so). Here is what gets me. I buy a phone from this dealer, and I'm being told if there is anything wrong with the phone that's not caused by me within the first year, they will take care of me via the warranty. Guess what, it happened, but are they taking care of me? Absolutely not! I'm just being guilted in not paying hundreds of dollars for insurance and being told after the fact that once they hand me the phone and it breaks, it's not their problem... Why would I even bother going to one of AT&T's stores if they won't even help me with a phone I bought from them??? Well, that's AT&T for you (not the first time I had horrible experiences with AT&T customer service).

Alex, Annie and Ryan were so amazing! Converting my iPhone 13 to the 16 Pro Max involved a lot of back and forth with tech support over the phone. They solved the problem working together and made me feel valued. I will only visit this AT&T location moving forward. Suggest others do the same if you want a quality experience!

What a great experience at this store! It was a tricky situation of wanting to add another person to my plan however phone needed to be paid off, unlocked by T Mobile, etc. the gentleman we worked with (Kosta) provided step by step instructions on how to resolve this, and walked us all the way through the process from start to finish!
Didn’t wait more than a minute when entering the store for him to come assist. Lastly, could tell that he truly cared about resolving the issue for us and ensuring we got the best deal possible on adding another line! 5/5 experience here & I would feel comfortable (and recommend) coming back to this store with any issue or situation that could come up…thanks for the great customer service!!
