First time picking up item bought online from this outlet. It took the staff member more than 15 minutes going thru multiple cages to locate the item I ordered online. Once located, they took equally long time because the model number was covered by their sticker that they having trouble removing. I was left in the dark what's going on although I was standing by the service counter. I only learned by inquiring directly. A few times I got inquired by other staff if I have been help which I appreciate. Not a pleasant customer service experience.

Their phone system has been debunked for 4 years yet you still can call and get re-routed to a robot that will ask you to wait to talk to a service representative and then hangs up after a while. If you want to confirm an order with a human or even make an order buy phone, you can't,

Actual outlet store and prices are super great! Scheduling and delivery are a different story. We had delivery rescheduled without notice and had different appliance parts delivered on different days without notice. If you work from home and are able to be there during their 7am-7pm delivery window for several days, that great. If not, I wouldn't suggest dealing with delivery. You'll spend lots of time on the phone and never once have someone answer the phone at the outlet, only when you call best buy corporate to try and figure out delivery. But if you're able to suffer through the time and energy that the delivery takes- the prices are pretty unbeatable.

In many ways very discouraging. I was shopping specifically for a gas dryer that was being sold as an open box as I have had a good experience with them. However every single one stated "not available for delivery". Then when I reconciled myself into buying the regularity priced one. I went back to purchase it it was marked up $50. The info they had posted while I was looking at it said the reduced price was good thru to today. It even said there was 3hrs and some odd min left to purchase it!.! Also earlier in the week I spoke to someone at their call center and was told the haul away price was $39. And when I checked out it was $59. I only proceeded with the purchase because I've been without a dryer for maybe 5 Mo's and feel the need for one before winter.

Best Buy needs to close this location. COMPLETE CHAOS.. clueless employees and management. Open boxes used to mean good deals.. now it's a joke as you can't compare new vs. Open box. Avoid this place at all costs.!!!!!

I was in need of a washer, so I figured I would come here and check it out. Their selection varies from day to day but I left there with a washer and dryer for under $1300. I saved over $1000 on this set. They have everything you could imagine, if best buy sells it they have it here. Scratch and dent, open box, etc all discounted to sell. They were helpful to get it loaded in my truck and wrapped everything etc. Would buy from here again.

The store has cleanliness great customer service. I was bummed I had a return two fridges and one stove they were open boxed but it's a good quality just a scratch there is multiple things wrong I am thankful they returned it good for me. And good customer service

If you pay for installation, they will force you to take all possible install equipment even if you already have it all. They tell you that you need to take it and return it.When you try to return it, the store won’t know how. You’ll stare at a flustered flock of Best Buy employees for 40+ minutes while they stare at a computer…not giving you your money.

Amazing deals!!! Check your item to make sure it has everything.When Best Buy resells open boxed items Best Buy does not ensure all of the components are in the packaging.The staff are like any general retail space, hit or miss in terms of their ability to answer specific questions but they all go beyond basic customer service to resolve an issue.Go here.

It took a few minutes to find an employee, but once I did, they were helpful. It would have been nice to have some basic twine to tie down a large purchase as the item was larger than expected and what I brought wasn't quite sufficient.

Decent prices on open box items. I love the touch screen ordering system. Staff seemed uninterested for the most part in helping (ear buds in their ears) and it's a giant dingy warehouse.... but prices are alright.

Great prices for anything returned from the normal best buy store! I have had a few issues (warehouse team broke something I purchased), but in the end they made it right. I have gotten a few items from here and the staff are very helpful!

Went to buy an open box dishwasher employee scanned the one we decided to get was told price went to pay and it ended up being $100 more. Said it was probably stickered wrong. So instead on honering the original price we were told we ended up only saving $50 on an open box vs brand new.

I was ignored when first arrived. But I waited patiently and got some good advice about waiting til the holiday weekend and possibly getting some memorial day sales. I can place the order online and my contractor will pick it up and deliver to my home for installation
