I didn’t have a good experience. They took my cat back pretty fast, took urine and vitals. They sent me home to wait. I called after four hours or so and they said the vet can see my cat and talk to me soon so I was told to wait at home. After 45 minutes, I drove to the clinic. I asked how my cat was doing so the receptionist went back to see. She came The back and said “Punky is resting comfortably. Then, I asked to see my cat and the same receptionist said “your cat has been feisty and we don’t want to move her because the vet has not done her exam. She put me in a room and told me to wait. I told receptionist I need to see my cat because she is scared. She ignored me. I knocked lightly on the door to where my cat was and a tech opened the door I told her “I need to see my cat” she is scared. Tech brought my cat to me and she was shaking horribly. I got her calmed down. So, the vet comes in the room and says “I see here your cat was straining in her litter box. I said “no, I found blood on the floor.” Vet did not examine my cat just gave antibiotics and that was it! It was $550 for a urine test and antibiotics. I was sick over how my cat was treated or not treated. I was so disappointed.

Came in on a Saturday night with an older Aussie that fell hard on some hardwood floor after a police and EMT were called for a family member having a potential stroke. Lots going on. The front desk staff were awesome and helpful. Despite me not thinking enough to call ahead, and after driving to the former location (again I was flustered at the time) they did a great job. All said and done it was about 4 hours for X-rays and meds and there were a handful of other people there as well, so it was within reason based on past experiences. Only piece of feedback was that I knew my dog was in a ton of pain because after 13 years, I’ve never seen her hurt that bad (hip), and they weren’t as quick to address my feedback and concern, other than the doctor was busy so they can't give meds. I get how some of these things work and at the end of the day, everyone was in good shape and Bailey is getting back to her old self.

We were so lucky to have the vets and staff at BluePearl. From check-in to the discharge summary, we couldn't have asked for better love for our Josie-Girl, who was in an awful way, from BluePearl.

I went to Pearl Friday night because my cat had an instructed and was unable to pee. They told me he had a tear and he needed surgery. I wanted a second opinion I brought him to pearl. They told me that he needed surgery it was $20,000 or I would need to put him to sleep, I said to the lady are you sure did you double check everything are you 100% sure yes I am sir. This is the second place you’ve been I said yes it is but I don’t believe you I said I’m taking him somewhere I ended up going to the University of Minnesota. They were able to unclog and make him urine on his own. They said he does not need surgery. He needs to spend a couple days in the hospital back to normal if I would’ve listened to Pearl animal Hospital, I would not have had a pet they rip you off. They told me my cat needed surgery when he didn’t they tried to get $20,000 out of me and they wanted to kill my animal I would not recommend this place with anybody. This is the worst place you can go.

Open 24-7 emergency room for pets! Super staff, clean facility with knowledgeable vets. They are a hospital only, not a clinic for shots!

The support staff and the surgeon were excellent communicators and clearly described our options. We appreciated their interest in and understanding of our concerns and worries.

My dog was having a severe seizure when I called them. They were caring and helpful both on the phone and when we arrived at the hospital. They stabilized my dog, were upfront on potential costs and timing of when we'd see the doctor. The doctor explained the situation and potential options. I was very impressed and thankful for everyone there.

Our cat ate part of a rag and we needed it removed. After first being seen by our regular vet, they referred us to BluePearl. They were incredibly communicative, kind, and transparent. We were given all of the information we needed to make an informed decision about our cat's health and wellbeing. She received great care and has recovered extremely well. We are so grateful for the incredible work of everyone at BluePearl.

Blue Pearl Golden Valley staff and doctors for my pup’s emergency were nothing short of amazing. Caring, helpful, informative and positive. Handled everything smoothly. Contacted me on a regular basis and because I was traveling and without a regular vet, they did the follow up as well.
