During my recent visit, I encountered a young white cashier who exhibited extremely rude and racist behavior. Despite purchasing a full tank of gas, he treated me poorly simply because I was waiting in line for the restroom. He instructed me to wait outside in the rain, stating, “I cannot see you.” If you feel so insecure, consider installing cameras. Learn some etiquette.

Why have pay to tap on the pump
If you don’t accept it? And then after that the pump asks you a thousand questions before letting you pump. Will not return.

I've been to this BP 3-4 times in the past 6 months. Every time I go, I cannot pay at the pump but have to go inside to pay. This morning when I went inside and attempted to pay with a credit card, the fellow working (who was kind and apologetic), first asked me if I could move my car to another pump and then said there was something wrong with the cash register or system so I couldn't immediately use my card. I was in a hurry and couldn't wait around. Truly, the only time I go to this gas station is when I forget I'll probably have to go inside to pay. Best to just go to a different gas station. There is one just down the road.

Disappointed with the car wash I got today. Feels as if I spent $15 for someone to spray my car half heartedly with a hose. A lot of dirt left over afterwards and no sign of the ceramic coat I spent more money on.

Weird charge to CC. Signed up for the monthly car wash deal ($30.00 monthly) almost 2 years ago. All good there....but now all of a sudden, on top of the $30.00/month, I am now seeing a $4.68 pending charge to my account. Have not used my card at BP since I bought that car wash program...so why the all of a sudden additional charge to my CC? Was never given warning about additional charges with the new year if related to the car wash purchase 2 years ago. Seems a bit sketchy.

Workers are friendly but under trained. They don’t know anything about the ever changing car wash pricing and packaging, which gets really frustrating. I love the touch free wash option. But the car wash feels like it’s been closed as many days as it’s been open over the last 2 months, which makes an unlimited car wash pass not very effective and not getting my moneys worth.I ask to talk to the manager about this because I spend $50 a month for a pass that I could hardly use. The manager is almost never in the station to have an opportunity to talk with and when I tried calling like 10 times over the course of 2 hours during her shift she was supposed to be there, I couldn’t get ahold of her.It’s a very convenient gas station and car wash for me in proximity to where I live. But I sadly have to give a less than desired score on the review because of the above, which seems to have been on going for 1-2 years.Lastly, the car wash cleans your car and then the door raises and after your dryer segment, the door drips TONS of dirty water on your car making it wet and landing dirty water on your freshly washed car. Just a bummer.CBP app is nice to unlock pumps before fueling while it’s freezing cold outside. But it doesn’t work with the discount per gallon you receive when you buy a car wash package. Again. There is good intent. Just poor execution from the specific location unfortunately.
