Awful terrible company. Our small business landline was down for over 2 weeks and then they yanked our internet without our consent. My family has lost thousands of dollars because we couldn't operate our business during the busiest time of the year. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR LIVELIHOOD. They're services are unreliable and they will screw you over unapologetically. I wish I could leave less than 1 star for a review.

Internet has been out for two weeks. Took the earliest repair appointment (10 days after the outage occurred) only to have it canceled, rescheduled, and canceled again. It is difficult to get in touch with customer service and nearly impossible to find somebody who is actually helpful.They have the lowest prices around and it is easy to see why. Don’t be like me; please pay more money to have your internet provided by literally any other company.By the way, the technicians themselves aren’t so bad (at least the ones who have helped me in the past). It is just a shame they work for such an awful company.

Our internet has been slow for over a month. It is now drastically interfering with our careers. We have called multiple times. Finally a technician was supposed to come out and never showed, but we were told if we were not here we would be charged $99! So my husband skipped my daughter’s finals swim meet and no one showed! When I called they rescheduled us for 2 weeks later when we were out of town. We have terrible internet, are unable to work, and they have the worst customer service! When will we get more options?!

This one should be a no star experience! Our 90 year old mother moved within the same care facility and could not get her phone number transferred for a month - STILL WAITNG with no service and zero dates fr resolution! Absolute shame and failure on customer care and satifaction, but make certain they'll get paid on time! The worst

Customer Service does not exist with CenturyLink. Don't waste your time with their chat. It will get you nowhere, and then they cut you off. Get another company.

Although we have had a solid track record of up time over 5 years with CL, there have been three outages in the last two months totaling weeks of down time.Customer services has hung up on us and discontinued chat with us several times mid-discussion and has offered next to zero help during these outages.I'm sad to say it, but the time to switch providers and to tell everyone else I know in the southwest metro to never consider CL, is now.

I have been out of internet for over a week now have wasted 10 hours of my life trying to get a hold of somebody in customer service or repair to figure out what's going on with my internet service I've already prepaid for the month want my money back and I'm filing a complaint with the better Business bureau you can get a person on the phone within one minute if you're buying service from them but forget it if you have a technical issue or an equipment problem because you won't speak to anybody who can understand you or speak English with you. The average wait time to get a hold of somebody in the service department is 45 minutes to an hour and more often than not they probably will hang up on you or disconnect your call. Or pretend that they can't find your account.

Century link customer service is non existent. They only have sales service. Other things does not concern them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. How can I not speak to a representative???? I still have not figured out my issue. Will never use this service again
