We walked in for a piercing, mid day, close to lunch. They were able to get us in fairly quickly. The woman was professional and kind to my daughter. When we got to the piercing she used the piercing machine and it did not automatically put the back on, the post was half hanging out of the front of her ear. At first I wasn't sure if the piercing actually went through. So she had to manually place the back on the piercing post. Also, she could not do this because her fake nails were too long. So she sanitized my hands and I did this. Then she switched to the other piercing machine for the other ear and it also didn't place the back on correctly so I once again, I did it. It was okay but janky and ghetto equipment. I warned my daughter that it might go badly at Claire's but she insisted that she wanted the gun and she wanted this store but, eye roll, this is what you get at Claire's. It's very hit or miss. I was rolling my eyes thinking this is why people go to actual piercing shops shops. Also, to get this experience I paid over $90 with tax for the 14K earrings and THIS, wow!

Went there earlier in the day to look at stuffed animals while me and my girlfriend were looking at the heard one of the employees say keep an eye on them they might pocket something left after that I know they don’t need my money as a company but the disrespect was crazy will not go back again

After reading reviews about Claire's, I was a little apprehensive about making an appointment to re-pierce my ears. My experience was awesome. Maddie was amazing. She explained the process very carefully and did the piercing. I am so happy to be wearing earrings again. Thank you Maddie.

We arrived at the store for our scheduled ear piercing but the store was closed. Store opened two hours late. Apparently the store manager didn't show up. I felt bad for the girl opening the store, she handled everything well and prioritized my daughter due to being late for her ear piercing.

The lady (I keep forgetting her name) did a wonderful job piercing, and caused us to become monthly return customers which led to me buying more things while in the store. Great job, she deserves a raise!

We had an appointment for 10:30am; the store was not open when we arrived. No one was there. We took a lap around the mall and afterward there was still no one present. I understand that staffing issues and illness occurs but a cancellation call or text would have been both courteous and professional. I took my child elsewhere for her first ear piercing and felt bad that her big experience was at first tarnished by this situation.

Piercer was very friendly & knowledgeable. Good experience for my son. She made him feel more comfortable as the piercing was going to begin. (Her last name was Lopez I think)

i called at least 15 times and no body answered once, my also called about 10 more times and still no answer. we called 2hrs before closing time and it shows on the website what time they close and it has been recently updated. all i wanted to do was ask a question about getting my ears pierced.

Drove hour and a half to get here just to find out they were closed. All websites said they were open and all were updated.
