60K service on my '05 911. Office is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is awesome with email/text updates on work and findings. Very transparent with cost and labor. Will definitely be using in the future

Let me start by saying I came in as a stressed out walk in customer with braking concerns on my 2015 Golf GTI, As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Andrew, He took the time to listen to me in my panicked state. After a few short moments a wonderful Master tech, (Didn’t get his name) walked out and began to inspect my vehicle.
After getting more info they immediately pulled into the shop and began working with the wheels. They quickly diagnosed that Valvoline incorrectly OVER Torqued my wheels because of there flawed tools and systems. After all wheels were torqued to spec, the car drove like new!
They didn’t try to sell me new brakes or rotors, and took the time to genuinely look into a serious problem with confidence and ease. These gentleman work very hard day in and day out to provide nothing but the best! Thank you so much for all you have done and will continue to do. You are what the car community needs and appreciates.

Andrew and the guys at Werks were great to deal with. Brought them one of my work trucks for DOT inspection and a once over. Found a few problems and got them fixed up quickly. Good communication and even better people!

I brought in a used food truck (1998 Chevy Grumman) I just acquired and wanted to make it safe and have work done. I was given a quote of $7,295.00 worse case scenario. I was told that if they didn’t have to replace the calipers or accidentally cut the gas line while replacing the brake line it would cut the price by over 3k. They preceded to do the work, replacement of the radiator, brake line and welding the muffler back on. They had the truck for 3 weeks and I was told they kept receiving the wrong, radiator, brake line, etc. No biggie, just wanted the truck safe.Later, I was told they lost the original bid and that they were sure it was around 10k! I explained that I wrote down all the information and they quoted $7,295.00 worst case. Long story, they didn’t have to do anything with the calipers nor did they disrupt the gas line, I ended up paying $6,886.00. I confronted them in person and explained that it was a cash grab. They were awkward about it and explained that the “wrong parts” caused more work.Why is that my problem exactly? I obviously paid it to get the truck back, but I let them know that they knew what they were doing, and guessing on the original bid is ridiculous, “we lost it, I’m pretty sure we quoted you around 10k”…..,

I highly recommened Werks Automotive. They got my 2016 RAM Cummins in to replace the turbo actuator and oil change. Had it back quickly and at an extremely fair price. I will for sure be using them again!Services: General repairs & maintenance

This used to be Courtney truck service, same crew, just different owners.Great shop that specializes in medium duty trucks and Porsche cars.The owners have been racing Porsche cars for years, and weirdly you'll be hard pressed to find any place in Minnesota with more experience in porsche cars, particularly the turbos and gt3.If nothing else, stop by to chew the fat about lap times up at brainard.

My 66 Vette had a vibration and John the manager was very accommodating. The mechanic Chu, was extremely competent and diagnosed the issue correctly as a worn unjoint. Ben helped me get it scheduled so I could get my car back for the weekend. Wonderful people here. I will always take my old Vette to them for service. I highly recommend Werks Automotive.

Werks is great. I have an older VW Golf that I just got back after a brake job and mechanical work to fix the cause of the check engine light. Work was done quickly and Brandon is a conscientious and thorough mechanic. Car seems as good as new now.Services: Oil change
