The women working at this pharmacy need some serious customer service training. The other departments were pleasant and well stocked.

This pharmacy is horrible...DO NOT USE. They never have anything in stock, do not communicate to customers, can't find Rx's in system, it is a mess. This has happened on numerous occasions. Although it is blocks from our house. We will never use again, not worth the hassle and often times as I stated earlier, they do not even have the item in stock or if it is, is never available when they say. Very poorly run.

Made us wait over 20 minutes at the window while they helped 4 people who had just walked up. On top of everything they didn't have my prescription ready after sending me an email and a phone call saying it was ready. Total wait time over 30 minutes to not get my prescription.

My prescriptions were called in on Thursday and I’m still waiting for my last prescription to be filled. When I picked two of them up on Friday I said I hope the third one doesn’t get lost in the system. His response was one can hope. I told him that wasn’t very reassuring he just shrugged. It’s now Sunday and I have no update so I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone. I have to find another pharmacy. I won’t be going back to this one again.

Pharmacy at this location provides good patient information. Ross (especially) is there to answer questions with clarity and genuine concern. Additionally, have used this Walgreens to receive all vaccines due to the ease, convenience and professional care from staff. Kudos!

I stopped into the store yesterday to post a Fed Ex package. The woman who checked it in wasn't wearing a mask and I was. I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask and she said because "it's back to normal". Confused I asked what was back to normal? She said masks were no longer mandatory. So I said I am protecting you but you aren't protecting me? In a rather snarky manner she says "I don't believe in COVID". Stunned I asked what do you mean you don't believe in it? People are dying from it every day, don't you know someone who has it or has died? Because I do. Without missing a chance to further her ignorant and insensitive banter she responds "it's all an exaggeration". So much for the free Fox/Trump politicized anti COVID measures message at the corner of "Happy and Healthy". If I walk in there with employees not wearing masks I pulling my prescriptions from Walgreens. The manager Scott graciously received my feedback and said their policy was for employees to wear masks.

Had a surgery one hour prior, came in to get pain medicine, sitting for half hour get a phone call from a guy while me sitting there looking at him calling me lol, said we have only 5 of 20 that was prescribed. Set there for another 15 min to find out what I needed to do. " Oh you need to go to our different location" . With so much pain and waiting with such a uncommunicative staff working with prescriptions. I am definitely changing my place.

I've only had excellent service at my local Walgreens. They help me every month with coupons to apply to scripts and don't bat an eye. I do miss Bryce in the pharmacy I think he changed locations.

Not a bad place. It's very small but it has everything you would want. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean an tidy. I come here often , for good reasons that I listed. Prices are great as well.

The pharmacist is rude and impolite. I got there at closing, he (glasses and balding head) said they closed at 8PM in a snippy voice. I asked if there was a 24 hour Walgreens and he said he didn't know, he would have to check on computer. I asked if he had shingrix in stock, he said in a rude voice, I don't know I don't have my computer. At least he could have talked in a nice tone. I'm moving my prescriptions, my spouse and mom to another pharmacy. Not only are they overpriced, they're rude.

The worst and slowest service out of all the Walgreens in the twin cities metro. Dropped my prescription off last night to be filled this morning by 9am when they open. I arrived at 10:20am and they didn't even start on it. When I stopped for a few items two weeks ago, the woman at the register spent 15 minutes scanning the same item until there were 6 people behind me in line and another cashier finally saw what was happening and stepped in to help. Both scenarios are unacceptable.
