I would give a zero if I could. I received quite possibly the worst customer service from Cody that I've ever had. That is saying quite alot. CVS needs to address this weak link in their organization.

We are in the middle of a SAR-CoV-2 pandemic and I was the ONLY masked person during my appointment to get a vaccine. No masks in your facility administering vaccines forces everyone into unnecessary risk of exposure including high risk patients. The response I received when asking my PHARMACIST to mask is "it's no longer required". It is the responsibility of the clinic and providers to protect patients from PREVENTABLE transmissible disease - removing a mask mandate makes getting vaccinated inaccessible for high risk and immuno compromised people. PLEASE return to proper PPE in your facility during this ongoing pandemic to keep your staff and patients safe.

Eden Prairie CVS seems to be falling back to 2020/2021 when things were out of stock during the pandemic. What's their excuse now? I recieve electronic and mail coupons for items they don't bother to stock locally.

The pricing stinks! They show a lower Price so they can play games, because you need to be some memberTrying the self check out is a circus of another 10 things you must do to pay for your high price items. Then you have to weigh everything.Then the survey has about 23 pages of junk to scan to start surveyTheir marketing team needs to stand in a store for a week to see challengesMe, I’ll go to target, Walmart, Walgreens to buy OTC medicine going forward

This CVS store #3562 is clean and well located. Unfortunately I have had several experiences at this CVS and moved prescriptions in the past. Today filled a Rx, got a 35% coupon for 1 items. Used in past no problems. CVS wanted my phone, gave my home phone#...NO I NEED YOUR Cell Phone #. RUDE! I Walked out and ordered item online. ast year doctor sent a prescription to CVS, it was filled at a cash price. When I went to pick it up I gave her my insurance card (which was also onfile) and asked her to run to see the insurance price. She got annoyed, acted like it was a big deal, said she would have to completely re-run the prescription and asked "do I still want her to run under my insurance". POOR SERVICE. NO LONGER GIVE CVS CELLPHONE or PRIMARY EMAIL. GOT CONSTANT SPAM AND AD TEXT MESSAGES.. COULD NOT STOP THEM. INVADES PRIVACY!!

There are 2 old lady who dont know anything. I went to click my passport sized photo for very important documents and i wanted digital copy. They managed to click photo somehow but didn’t know how to give me a digital copy. These two old lady were very grumpy and didn’t even try to help me instead they told me they don't know how to do that and asked me to go to different place in very rude way. One of the lady’s name was Sharon. These two needs to be trained well because people have important things to deal with.

I'm giving it 4 stars because Sharon who works there is very nice and helpful when I checked out today! I been to CVS many and she's the friendliest person. On another note this CVS is always out of 6 pack pineapple juice or maybe that don't sell it here but hope they will begin to.

This five star review is for your pharmacist named Cody, he's the first and only person in the last five years who has given me helpful information for my daughter, who has suffered from a dry, sensitive and irritated throat since her tonsillectomy. I asked him if there was anything that could help moisturize her throat and he led me right to some products that were exactly what I was looking for for her. I've asked doctors, dentists etc over the years but he's the only one who has really helped. Thank you Cody!

I've used their pharmacy for 15 years because of their consistent customer service. It has unfortunately declined in the past year and would not be a place I recommend for your prescription needs.

CVS is pretty convenient store to buy variety of things. We visited this place today and purchased few small things. This place sells beauty and health products plus some groceries and household items. There were no line to wait. Pretty quick transaction.
