I got a notification that my prescription was ready so I wrapped up what I was doing, took my lunch break and drove over to CVS to pick it up; only to find the gate down and 3 ppl standing by the cash register saying they are closed at 1:30 and will be open at 2. I don’t know what I’m more angry about, the fact that they didn’t mention they were closed for 1/2 hour on the text they just sent at 1:01 that said my script was ready, the fact that it was exactly 1:29 when I got there and they couldn’t hand me my script before they went on break, the fact that they all have to leave at the same time and close the pharmacy in the middle of the day in the first place, or the fact that Target has 20 parking spots open for drive up with no one in them, so you have to park way away ??
My provider chose this place. I will let her know never again.

Almost always, staff is efficient, ready to help, patient, friendly. I usually don’t have to wait long for pickups. Very convenient and consistently good overall experience.

This place is absolutely great! I have been going to them for 20 years. The staff have always gone out of their way to help. People who give bad reviews need to recognize what these staff have been through during the pandemic, and even now. While the rest of us were quarantining, these staff were putting in 120 percent. For those that complain try to be grateful for truly outstanding service.

Called to confirm a prescription delivery since I am in quarantine, they said it was all good to go and I would get it in a couple of days. I then got a text on the day I needed the prescription saying the prescription was ready for pick-up. Same-day delivery charge was applied whereas if it had been processed when I had called to confirm it would've been free delivery as advertised. Very frustrating.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have been short staffed during the pandemic, but like a lot of places, I am just happy they are open.

I can't fathom who is giving this place poor reviews. My family fills 3 different RXs here for 3 different family members and they've always been very polite helpful. Yeah, they get pretty backed up at 5p to 7pm when all the office workers get out and pick up their RX on the way home, but that's not the pharmacy's fault.Plan ahead (if you are able) and go at other hours or other days and I've always found it them very pleasant to work with, and I've been going there since 2009.
