Went in for a house bug problem and was sold japanese bug traps, stuff that doesn't help and i had to order what I needed off Amazon. Don't trust this one

I was in need of some replacement screws for kitchen hardware. Joseph was so helpful in finding the exact size I needed. I would have been in a big-box store for hours trying out different sizes. I was in-and-out of a Jerry’s in 5 minutes due to Joesph’s customer service. Thank you, Jerry’s!!

I took a chain saw to be fixed and had the best service and support that I have ever experienced in this capacity. A young man, Taylor, not only fixed the saw but went way above what I expected to help me understand the nuances of working with the saw. He called me to keep me appraised. I would encourage anyone needing service on their outdoor equipment to use this young man. He is special in his field.

All employees were very kind and helpful. I actually lost my phone there and the employees called it and even looked in my car to find it. I tried to tip, but they declined. 10/10 service. Store was clean and well organized

I don’t recommend taking your lawn mower here to be fixed. We had a terrible experience trying to get anyone to update us after close to 5 weeks of having our mower and we were told it would take 13 days.

As an inexperienced woman, by far the best hardware store I've been to. No judgment, no condescension, just knowledgeable, friendly, proactive employees willing to troubleshoot what you need from what you think you need. I was betting that a locally owned business would be a step up, and boy was I right!

Honestly, I have only had bad experiences with the service here. Between repairs, ordering parts, etc. I wouldn't take my things here. Unfortunate because I would prefer to support the small business.

Lost a receipt needed for an expense account and TW helped me locate it over the phone and emailed it to me! Amazing service on such a small purchase. We will be spending more money at this store for this reason alone! Thanks Jerry's!
