I’ve been to five stores looking at picture frames and this one by far is the worst selection with no maintenance and upkeep whatsoever. I expected more from an upper suburb like Eden Prairie
And no self-serve registers? Why?

Ive been here once. It was horrible.
15-20 people in line. Slow service.
Bathroom locked and nobody would assist with the door situation (we knocked and nobody was in there!) so toddler had a potty accident in store.
Bought a balloon for toddler and it broke off from the string when we walked outside, so check your balloons before leaving the store, they don’t tie them good.
Rough day for us, but i wouldn’t return just based on the wait in line. Took forever to buy a balloon that ended up a waste anyway.

During the holidays on a weekend, you don’t have change for a hundred? That’s ridiculous. It was going to be a transaction over $50 and you don’t have enough change to give less than $50 back? Even from your back safe? Thats bad planning.

The evening manager seems distant. I stopped by to purchase some balloons and requested specific ones. However, I was told they were available, but they weren't in stock. It feels like the staff there lacks motivation.I walked out.
