They don’t offer a BAG?!?! I bought 2 or of shoes and needed to leave the mall to put them in my car! The clerk says “not one of my favorite store policies “. WOW. No good DSW.

They gave me the wrong color when I ordered online and picked up in the store. I live 30 minutes away and now I have to drive back. Very rude customer service when I called. I worked in retail it’s not hard at all to grab the correct item

Absolutely rude customer service. The manager was super kind walking around, but the two girls who worked at the counter today were super rude. Before asking us if we found everything okay, she immediately asked for a phone number. When we told her no to the membership, she immediately started treating us like we were a problem. She rolled her eyes and her co-worker started talking about how we said no right in front of us. Then she asked us again, same answer and scoffed. She grabbed the pair of shoes and threw them in the box so they didn't fit and then asked sarcastically if we wanted a bag. I came for shoes ):
