I bought a vehicle from this dealership and even paid for service since January 2021, every time I have taken my vehicle for service, it's come back with dings on the paint. Some time last year I took it in and as soon as I picked it up, I noticed some dings but I thought they were minor I will just ignore. A week later, my front bumper was coming out . I took it to them and asked what happened because when I took it there there wasn't any problem! The service Manager and her assistant got really nasty yelling at me and calling me a liar in front of other customers. I reported it to their manager but i doubt anything was ever done about it! On January 9th 2024, I took my car for service. On the 16th while driving home from work on the Highway, my car suddenly started vibrating! I pulled over, checked my tires, fastened my spare tire and got back on the road. My car was vibrating so bad that I decided to take it back to them. As soon as I got there, the young man was already telling me he will charge me to diagnose it. I looked around for the main manager and informed him what was happening. They said they drove it and it was vibrating still. They started telling me to buy new tires yet I just bought 4 tires from them before the end of last year. My tires still have at least 15000 miles. They said they fastened the lug nuts and sure enough my car finally drove like it always does. Meaning when they rotated my tires, they didn't fasten my lug nuts! What if I was injured from that???? If you guys don't polish your manners on how you treat your customers, you're looking for a lawsuit!!!!!!! Beware guys when you take your cars there! They're all about your money!

First-time buying a new car. Sales agent Zach was very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs at the right price and financing package. Unfortunately, the wait time to complete the financing was very long and I hadn't eaten at all that day before I arrived. By the time I got in the financing office, I was so hungry and thirsty I couldn't think straight. I got into the financing office, it was presented in such a way that it seemed like the deal I worked out with Zack wasn't an option and I had to accept a bunch of services I didn't want or need. By the time I got home and ate I was beside myself. Fortunately, the manager, Kurt was willing to work with me to correct the mistakes made while I was crazy from hunger and exhaustion. Ultimately I am very happy with my new car and its price.

I took my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder here after the service engine light came on. Unfortunately I had about $4,000 repairs and they walked me through it. It made me question if everything was necessary though. I do appreciate their thoroughness!

The sales guys treated me like garbage, probably cause they think I know nothing about trucks. My service people don't know what the heck is going on. Basically, I will be taking my Nissan needs elsewhere, prob the wayzata location where I feel treated better.

0 star! I had horrible experience with this Nissan both services and sell. my car started having issue after 1 years. when I took it to me, i was given ran around and tossed between service and sells with no solutions. The worse part of this is your stuck with them and can't take your car to another NISSAN dealers! NEVER EVER buy a car from them I regret it everyday!

Shane and his team have a customer centric philosophy that I feel is unmatched by any other dealer I have ever purchased a vehicle from. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Eden Prairie Nissan, these folks understand customer service. I would purchase a vehicle again from them and I would recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to give them a shot, they will not disappoint! Thank you!

Very impressed with the service I received today after having to tow my car here. They were able to check out my car & fix it all within the same day with short notice. I will continue to take my car here for service!

Lots of cars everywhere. Customer parking taken up with cars for sale. No biggie. Followed the signs, my part was ready, very Covid responsible employees and practices.It all worked well.

I was looking for a specific electric car and it was my very first HUGE adult purchase. Alex Zevelev was amazing! Not only is he the absolute OPPOSITE of one of those stereotypical used cars salesman. When the car I was looking for came in, he called me before it went on the website to let me know it was coming in! I went in that Saturday and purchased the car RIGHT BEFORE someone else came in to try and purchase it! Alex was extremely involved, knowledgeable and excited to help. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

This is the best car dealership I have ever had to work with. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and especially John Oetter who was my advisor. He's very knowledgeable and helpful.
