I was at Eden Prairie Nissan twice in the last two weeks. Once because I had a nail in my tire; once because my battery died. Both times the service staff was able to get me in quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. Within 90 minutes I was on my way. Thanks so much.

I would never return to this dealer again. I purchase a brand new $48,000 pick up truck and get absolutely no service from the service department. I brought it in twice the first time they couldn't duplicate the issue. Took it in a second time I confirmed the issues with the manager and service duplicated 2 of the 3 issues and told me well that's just how it is. Well I'm sorry a seat shouldn't clunk when someone is sitting in it and the transmission should shift smoothly not act like it's getting stuck between gears. I asked them to call Nissan and talk with the engineers about the issues maybe they would have some information and they refused. I emailed and called the service manager and she never responded to my email or phone call. I have purchased over 60 new cars in my lifetime and this dealer is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. You can disagree all you want but you did not fix anything, just waisted my time. Told me that a clunking seat is normal. Why would Nissan design a seat to clunk? Makes no sense! Then asked if you could call about the transmission shifting when it’s cold which was verified by your tech and was told no we won’t do that. Well how are TSB’s created for issues if you don’t contact Nissan? You guys did absolutely nothing to fix the issues that you verified just told me well it’s suppose to be that way. That is very poor customer service and a waist of my time. You service manager still has not returned my email from 2 weeks ago and a voice mail I left her a week ago. How is that good customer service?

I just wanted to leave a review because Kurt, the Manager, and Amanda, the sales person, did an AMAZING job of taking care of me and seeing it through to the end. I originally purchased a Rogue back in 2017 and I didn't have a good experience. I wasn't going to return, however, I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager. The sweet person answering the phone directed me to Kurt. I explained what happened and he was apologetic and promised that he would take care of me and make up for the bad experience. He then had Amanda come on board to help assist in getting things done. Can I say WOW!!!! They were top knotch and went over and beyond for me. They put in extra hours and made sure that the trade in went through and the sale went off without a hitch. The finance person JR really rose to the challenge as well. I will for sure be going back and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you everyone for your discretion, for your empathy, for your amazing customer service, and for being just great human beings. Oh, and I LOVE my new Rogue!!

My service advisor John was polite, warm and lsitened to me intently. Oil change and tire rotation were done promptly. He also noted some other findings with my car, but did not pressure me into doing anything right away; I appreciated that. He also changed the battery in my key fob. Answered my questions on remote start etc.The waiting area with coffee and refreshments was clean and convenient, and very comfortable for me to work on my laptop.

My experience at Eden Prairie Nissan exceeded all my expectations. Justin, the service tech went above and beyond from start to finish. The customer service shown to me by Justin and Shannon (service manager) left a lasting impression…They were kind, efficient, patient and great communicators! I was able to get my car in same day without an appt due to a problematic issue going on. My car now runs perfectly, so an extra big thank you to the mechanic who did the work! I am very happy and grateful. Eden Prairie Nissan will always be my go to for all service needs!

I had such a good experience and feel like I always get optimal customer service. Shannon made sure my car was done in a timely manner and so pleasant and always looks out for me and my car issues. Steve is always great in repairing my car issues. Overall my experiences at Nissan are always good and would highly recommend. Thank you!

I had my car serviced at this location and the customer service was exceptional, I felt attended to at every step and Quinn Sell showed me a lot of great vehicles that peaked my interest in trading in my car for a new one. Purchased a new 2023 Pathfinder SV. Shawn and JR were great to work with. I didn't get that stereotypical "car dealer" treatment. Absolutely no pressure with add-ons and extended service contracts. Very much recommend.

I had an oil change here before heading on my honeymoon. They checked in many times to make sure my appointment was good and to confirm. They ended up needing to move my appointment time up due to a recall. They were great and efficient, my only complaint is that I told them I wanted a synthetic oil change and they did a half and half without my consent. The only reason I knew was because at checkout the amount was way lower than it was supposed to be. I am all for saving money but my car has been using the same exact oil since I bought it in 2021 and has never needed anything fine but oil changes… The lady checking me out guaranteed me that my car will be just fine and I’m saving money. Which again I appreciate but I don’t like things being done to my vehicle without my consent. It makes me think what else was done without my knowledge???Update-They reached out and I got my proper oil change. While on vacay prior to seeing them I figured out they broke my hood latch. So they fixed that too. They gave me a rental while I waited for my car to get fixed which took about a day.

Called in and got Wale(Internet sales personnel). Was really helpful on the phone. My wife and I were initially looking for a reliable used Nissan Rogue. We got there and they were super busy. Wale, internet sales, took the initiative to assist us since all the floor sales staff was tied up. He went above and beyond. Showed us a few used models, but we were just not 100% content with the used models. He let us jumped into a brand new 2023 Rogue and we immediately fell in love. He took the time to explained to us what the differences were and some of the new changes that Nissan had done to the Rogue. It was definitely not in our price budget, however, Wale was able to talk with his finance manager and made it work for us. Extremely happy with the outcome. Couldn’t have been happier. The service was fantastic and so is our new 2023 Rogue!

I dropped my truck off 2 months ago to get an electrical/ignition issue diagnosed and repaired and was told I needed a new engine. When I was told the truck was ready, I noticed the electrical issue wasn’t fixed and now the truck was leaking power steering fluid-badly. Now my truck is still there.I’d be happy to explain how difficult your staff has been to communicate with.another example….last Thurs I spoke to someone who said a mgr would be reaching out to contact me. Haven’t heard a peep. I get the impression it’s very difficult to communicate with anyone at that dealership.

The whole experience was wonderful. Coffee was brewed fresh for me while I waited. Becca greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and guided me through the entire appointment. I was given a beautiful rental when it became clear my repair would take longer than expected. Service was completed quickly and I was able to pick up my vehicle before the end of the day! Special thanks to Becca and the team for being so fantastic! I will be back for all of my maintenance .Michelle

Communication was completely terrible! I asked the service manager to call my husband and instead I was sent a text on the cost of repairs without an explanation of what was wrong. The text wanted my signature for a 500.00 repair. My husband tried calling several times with no return call. Finally when the service advisor called and my husband explained we had an extended warranty. She said she needed to look into it. Now, had I just blindly payed the 500.00 to fix it you wouldn’t have winked twice. That is disappointing and dishonest! Shouldn’t you have readily available the fact I had a valid warranty? Also, after another week and no communication I called demanding to talk to a live person and not a voicemail that wouldn’t be returned. Finally after 10 minutes got my service advisor on the phone and she said she had been too busy to call in the warranty place and that it was in her pile of 11 to do..3 weeks!!!! She did call me finally stating the car was done, again I asked her to call my husband and not me. Finally picked up my vehicle, once again no complimentary car wash was done and no help finding where it was in the lot just pointed to the whereabouts it could be. Just terrible service all around! Bad Communication, can’t follow simple instructions, fraud/ theft, and lies on the complimentary wash!
