I took my car in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. They (correctly) found the oil filter housing needing to be replaced. Because I had other warranty work that needed to be done by another shop I opted to take it there to address it. This morning when I called them back as my entire shop’s staff is out of commission for two weeks, I was flat out told by Jake that because I went to someone else and not him, that he wouldn’t service my car. Talk about extremely unprofessional. I will not take my car there ever again because of that I recommend you don’t. If they can do that to me just to be petty and “Minnesota nice” imagine what they’d do to your vehicle if they were mad at you?

They were able to take us right away on a holiday weekend which we were grateful for as we had to travel that day within hours . Freddy was accommodating. We were done within 2 hrs. We went in for a nail in the tire which was removed and patch. They also did a review of different things they checked on the vehicle which was nice. They sent a complete description of findings. I would recommend. Reason for the 4 star and this isn’t necessarily their fault but we drove 3 1/2 hrs and next day tire pressure light went on and we needed to fill air in tire - so while they removed a nail and plugged it - something more is going on. We will return to another Firestone where the car is located and have them relook at it. Is it possible we hit another nail - sure- but we do think something else is going on like the sensor or value stem which they say they look at.

Jay and his team do a phenomenal job. This friendly service center saved Firestone from loosing a customer. After going to three other locations due to a ticking noise my car was making after being serviced at SLP Firestone location Jay was able to help fix that problem which only took them 30 minutes to solve... Very fast and efficient and intellectual adults run this establishment, it is safe to bring your vehicle here!

I dropped my car off for oil change and check engine light and air conditioner not working. I let them know l already had a quick check at an auto parts store they told me it was my converter..
They say it will cost me 80$ and change for oil change and 120 plus for diagnostics..l agreed price was over 200. Later l called they told me my converter was bad and oil change done. I asked how about the ac wats wrong with it..
They told me we didn't check the ac .l asked why..there was no concrete respond..then wen l pushed he said "lm the manager here come pick up your focken key and leave my shop" l remain calm ask why the rudness...l went to the shop. He went got my keys throw them at me saying l don't need your money leave..l said waoo l removed 80$ from my bag left it on the counter. He followed me outside..l was scared so l lock myself in the car, he put the $ on my windshield blades saying l don't need your money..l said l don't take free service, took the $ went left it in the shop.

We've taken our cars for service and tires here several times and the labor costs compared to other shops or the dealer are very reasonable. The Service Manager, Kong is very helpful and provides top notch customer service.

The manager is a rude person who doesn't know how to talk to customers. He called me and started yelling and lying. I don't advise anyone to go to this store if the manager is there.

Nice experience with the store. They were accommodative to give an urgent appt for tyre fix and were able to pull warranty support to fix the tire problem. Lobby was nice and clean and they were able to quickly resolve the issue. Happy with the service.
