first time getting haircut here with brandy 04/11/25. Loved my experience, she listened to what i wanted and cut it to the length that i wanted and was kind and professional. Highly recommended

I could say so many amazing things about this spot! I got my hair cut with Gary who took his time (in a good way) and was thorough, kind and informative throughout the entire appointment. The space itself is very clean and I left with beautiful and healthy hair and the exact shape i asked for. i would very highly recommend Gary and Flagship to anyone looking for a cut and style in MSP!

Can’t believe I’ve never wrote a review yet!! I’ve been going to Lia for 4 years now! She’s does an amazing job! She’s very talkative but also matches your energy which I appreciate. I absolutely love her and will keep going to her for as long as she does hair!

Wow! This was my first visit to Flagship Salon. I got in quickly and Scott cut my hair. I got the most relaxing scalp massage before the cut, and Scott listened to what I wanted. I'll definitely be back! Thanks, Scott!

Always see Jill and she never Disappoints !! She always does a 5⭐service ..go see her , she will work any magic on your hair . I literally searched high and low my entire life for a "Celebrity Stylist" and have had the so called best ppl in the business do my hair, but believe me when I tell you how awesome at hair she is !! Do yourself a favor and book her ASAP ....you can Thank me later ?

Absolutely ?% love Lia Hubbard. She is the best. She is funny, kind, empathetic, sweet, helpful, etc... She is the type of person who'll go out of her way to help anyone. She really listens to what you want and to what you say.

Flagship is the best salon in Eden Prairie. The salon itself has an open, airy, welcoming feel, and the staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. My stylist, Jill Miller, earns a 5 star rating all on her own.When I started going to Jill about 2 years ago, I had been switching salons about every 9-12 months, unable to find anyone who understood how to make my fine, wavy hair look decent, beyond keeping it short and adding blond highlights. Jill, on the other hand, knew immediately how to handle my hair. During our first consultation, we talked about what I was looking for and what was and wasn’t realistic for my hair type. She also had great recommendations for color and style.Today, my hair is 6 inches longer, healthier than it’s been in years, and I’m so happy with the cut, which showcases my natural waves. Plus, I constantly receive compliments on the color, which is the result of a customized mix Jill created for my hair.Jill is an outstanding stylist AND a supportive, caring person. I cannot recommend her highly enough!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

The salon does not answer messages or ever answer the phoneHave tried several times to communicate with them.I've sent messages online as well, nothing.I'm not sure how they're in business if they don't communicate with people?

I've been coming to Flagship for a few years now. Ashley O'Grady has been an amazing hair stylist for me. If you're looking for a men's hair stylist, Ashley does an awesome job. I brought a few photos of what I was looking for my first time a few years ago, and Ashley's given me the same consistent haircut every haircut since then.Ashley has great conversation, while still being quick and gentle. I typically have acne on the edges of my hair, and other hair-cutting places typically like scrape it hard and it hurts, but I've never had that issue coming to Flagship.
