  I bought a new MAC & ended up getting locked out of it while setting it up. The gal was super nice & got me fixed up in no time. She made sure I had all the info I needed.

  Geek Squad rocked it agian. When T-Mobile couldn't reboot with out sending me to the corporate store. They suggested I go to the geeks. Wondering why I didn't just do it to begin with. Always superb service and no condescending attitude love me some geeks.

  I dropped my camera (Sony RX100ii) and jammed the lens. Geek fixed it for $85 - took 2.5 weeks. All works well now and I'm happy to have my camera back.
