The Home Depot in Danvers never has a cash register open, they only have four self service registers open. There must be thirty employees working there but they choose to make me do self check out. I SHOULD BE GETTING A DISCOUNT IF THEY WANT ME TO WORK FOR THEM checking out my purchases. Always drives me nuts.

The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.

98% is an analogue of our Ukrainian Epicenter, even almost many rows are located in the same order and names of goods. The prices are different, but almost everything is identical))

Easy to navigate and the associates are always kind and helpful. Also, they almost always have whatever I need in stock!

I purchased 2 light fixtures from Home Depot, got a new debit card and couldn’t find my receipt. I only ended up using one light fixture over my kitchen island so I wanted to return or at least get a store credit for the perfectly boxed unused item. They told me because so many people steal from our store we can’t help you… so because they can’t control theft it’s the penalizing their true paying customers..unreal. I’ve been going to menards and home depot for 20 years never had an issue with menards in a case like this. Home Depot just lost a paying customer… they need to do a better job of managing their stores to prevent theft, it can’t be the paying customers fault. Very Poor management. Just say it’s your policy, don’t tell me because you can run your store properly you can’t help your paying customers.

More staff at self checkout watching and asking me to sign-up for a credit card. Either help checkout or get out of the way. Also, it's 2024 and this is the only store that doesn't allow mobile pay...figure it out

We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at HOME DEPOT today and I wasn't expecting it. Normally I have so much trouble figuring out the layout of the store because I can never find any maps or directory so I have to find someone to ask. And today there just happened to be a friendly older lady that gave me very good directions. My next step was to get help finding the right light bulb for my kitchen. Now here is where I usually have BIG problems. If I find someone usually working in some portion of the store they are in the process of doing something and they act annoyed. Again I was lucky to find a friendly young man who gave me the best help ever. I went away feeling great for the first time ever having shopped here without feeling I'd interrupted someone's lunch hour or something. For a moment I felt I was in a different store where people stop what they are doing and actually care more about you than doing a job of stocking shelves. Maybe HOME DEPOT is hiring better employees or giving them better training but whatever they are doing I hope they keep doing it.

My family member had a horrible customer service experience at this Home Depot today. After asking for help, the employee was very condescending, asking why he was shopping for something if he didn’t know exactly what he needed, then said he couldn’t help anymore because he was busy doing something else, and then later came back and said “still looking? Can’t read, huh?” Never experienced anything like this, especially at Home Depot. Will be bringing my business elsewhere.
