Experienced poor customer service when checking out today. I have usually loved this store so it is unfortunate I feel the need to post this. I’m unsure if there is a new manager, but she seemed to not care one bit about customer service. I had inquired at checkout an unmarked items price. I was originally provided one price. Then another associate walked by and said the price should be more. I asked if they would honor the first price I was given. The cashier was inexperienced and just stared at me. So I asked for a manager. This is where I was truly shocked. The manager was completely rude. Had she given one moment to even apologize for the confusion. Such a bummer.

Always a great time at this place. Can spend multiple hours either buying art, house improvement items, spicy marinara, candles, and other items. Go in for one, end up buying tons of items that I don’t need. Great place and glad it’s still open :)

My mother and I called the store and were greeted by a nice girl who transferred us over because we were looking for a particular ghost blanket that is viral. The male who answered doesn't even let us get a word out when he answers and says something along the lines in a defensive tone “You keep calling about the ghost blanket and it's not here. A guy purchased all 4 so stop calling” and wouldn't listen to us. Never even called the store before this and to be treated like this because you are irritated over a popular item is not okay. You chose to work there and don't get to be rude cause a customer is calling about an item.

I ordered a table from Homegoods online for $162.03 and the same day the price dropped to $99. I asked them to give me the price difference but they said I have to return the table which is unopened and order the exact same table in order to get the difference in amount. So stupid.

We received the poorest customer service by cashier Gigi. Literally walked out on us while we waited in line for 20 minutes for one cashier to serve us.

Very hot in this place. Isle are so narrow you can't get 2 carts to pass. No reason to have a line any place of 15 to 20 people waiting. Won't be back, one and done.

I love this place!! When talking furniture I think it's better quality than target but with a better price tag. They stay on top of trends and have so many cute finds. I have found some great dupe furniture pieces that I love. This is one of my must-go to's when doing holiday decor shopping. They have great wrapping paper. Wonderful wreaths. I typically find a gift or two when doing so. Their best deals are their rugs, blankets, throw pillows, and kitchen serve ware. I doubt it's limited to that I just know for certain those categories. It's almost a glorified flea market in a way. If you want it, grab it. There may not be another one. I once had my eye on a rug that was purchased right from underneath me because I did not seek out an associate fast enough and put it on hold. Took the loss and scoured the southern twin cities area locations for the same rug with no luck. Finally found it in a smaller size in Eagan. I would say I can assume it is hard to work at a place like home goods. Even though they are always kind and efficient the inventory is difficult to manage and knowing where everything is or the possibility of products is a challenge. I typically don't have the best results when asking if they had something specific in stock. They have no idea what they have and have no way of looking it up.
