I'm sorry but I tried to convince myself that I was overreacting to the way I thought I was being treated but the lady was very aggressive with me. Kept yelling at me cuz I was checking the water temperature for my pedicure telling me put my feet up so that she could take the polish off my toes but she wasn't even sitting down yet was still getting her stuff together. And the overall experience was just very uncomfortable. I got a very basic pedicure with gel polish and then I asked to have my fingernails cleaned cuticles cut and clear polish put over top. A friend of mine who was also with me got a luxury pedicure and had her acrylic nails removed and her original nails patched and fixed and cleaned up. It's a little concerning to me that our total was only $5 difference considering the much different experience she had while she was in there and the amount of upgraded services she received.

I don't even want to give them a sat at all! I wish there was an option for a zero rating. One of the worked i do t know her name but she is so disrespectful and unprofessional! I came here before and had the same experience a month ago but figured I would give them a chance. I wish i wouldn't of had. She was so hostile and rude all because I was asking questions about my nails such as why is the aryclic nail curved when they are suppose to be straight. She immediately started to take my nails down disrespectfully and said she wasn't doing them anymore. Where is the professionalism? Meanwhile the causcasians that come in there get treated with the upmost respect! I don't know why that is but it's totally unacceptable!! I hope your guys business get shut down because it seems like you have the devil in there by the bad spirits coming out of you workers!

I had good nail extensions but the staff donot respect the customers. The receiving is too bad. They donot answer properly for what we are asking and the prices are not fixed they just change the prices accordingly.

Worst experience ever! The nail people were very rough on your hands/feet! They weren’t nice at all! Payed 65$ dollars for nails just for them to fall off in 1 week. Overall it’s very overpriced, has rude workers, and nails bad quality.

Such an amazing experience. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I’ve gone to different salons and they have messed up designs I have wanted but every time I come to Jae Nails they do such an awesome job at making sure I love my nails before I leave.
