The guys were very courteous and very efficient. Job was done within 10 minutes and that involved bringing a very tall bookcase down a flight of stairs!

Quite pleasant and efficient crew! Having no idea of cost until they arrive was not good. I believe it was expensive. They advertise sustainability but the furniture was handled in such a way that it is probably not suitable for donation.
