However, the service came at a steep price of $674, which felt high, though I lack industry comparisons to be certain of its competitiveness.My primary concern, leading to a 3-star rating, lies with the customer service experience, particularly the convoluted phone system. Expecting a straightforward connection to the booking department, I instead navigated through an answering service, unnecessary transfers, and a miscommunication of my name—from Scott to Steve—resulting in a series of misaddressed texts. Such oversights in customer interaction, including redundant phone holds and incorrect personal details, suggest a need for systemic improvements in their sales and follow-up processes.In operations, efficiency and accuracy are paramount; missteps in customer service can deter potential repeat business. Implementing a direct and efficient phone system, alongside ensuring accurate customer data capture, could significantly enhance the customer journey.In conclusion, while Junk King excels in the core aspect of junk removal, the ancillary customer service elements require refinement. An improved engagement strategy could elevate their service from satisfactory to exceptional.

I called Junk King for couch disposal Saturday night and they were on time for Monday morning pickup. The process was easy, the phone quote was higher than needed and the team lowered the actual cost based on what I needed removed. The team contacted me by phone for actual arrival time day of pick-up. Professionals! I highly recommend them and will use for future bulky items or roll off as we continue home improvements. 5 stars all around!
