Mike and the team were extremely helpful, easy to work with, and responsive to my needs. He helped me find a home (two now actually) that were ideal for my family and offered honest feedback on properties as we went through the search process. Mike Taylor was our team member and he was excellent. He knew the area and after a couple conversations was able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for in terms of home ideas in the west metro area. He is communicative, welcoming, and very understanding of particular needs and considerations when looking for a new home. We would highly recommend Mike any time you're looking for a home in the west metro area!

We were beyond impressed with the customer service we received during the selling process of our home. Mike was very dedicated to us and made sure to always be readily available to answer our questions day or night! He was patient with us and made it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Billy Pauling as a real estate agent. When I knew I was moving to MN and needed an agent, I was referred to Billy from a mutual friend. He made the entire process from start to finish, the most easy and stress free it could possibly be. He was honest, kind, hard working, informative, sincere and knowledgeable about everything in terms of searching for the best home for your needs. You could always reach out to him with questions and he would answer them swiftly and clearly. He would always find time to meet you to see homes and would send good recommendations based on your needs. You can tell he really likes his job and knows everything there is to know about the home buying process. I would use Billy for any future purchases I make and would recommend him highly to anyone in need of a home and wants a smart, caring and professional agent who is on their side.

I worked with Mike Taylor to find a new house. My experience with Mike was truly exceptional. Mike is very professional and patient. He provided me with resources to look for a house right at the beginning of the journey. He also told me that I could look anywhere online for houses I'd like to see and he'll take me to see them. I found a few homes that I wanted to look at and Mike took me to all of them. I found the house of my dreams, within my budget very quickly. Throughout the whole process, Mike was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that were important to notice in every house. He helped me think through each home I saw, and gave me a lot of good tips. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I made an educated decision. Once I decided which house I wanted to buy, he helped me by recommending an inspection company. Following the inspection, he helped me get answers from pros regarding the concerns I had. I felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process and I highly recommend working with Mike Taylor.

Lisa Hauschild has been our buyers agent on our last two homes, and is reliable, honest, and a great sounding board. Billy Pauling has been with us since we moved to the Twin Cities, and has always had our best interest at the forefront. He's helped us sell two homes above list and quickly. He has also given us advice that cost him a sales commission, because it was in our best interest. This is the best team!!

We can’t say enough about Billy Pauling and Mike Taylor of Pauling Homes. They were able to sell our home in the dead of winter in two weeks. They also found our new home so that we could co-ordinate our closings. We were leaving our home of 45 years with all its memories so the transition was a little painful. But Billy and Mike made this experience so much better. We felt that they had our backs every step of the way. They were patient and understanding through the whole process. We highly recommend this amazing team.

It was such a joy from beginning to end to work with Billy and the entire Pauling Homes team on the sale of one house and purchase of another. We started with a very specific list of "must haves" and Billy didn't give up until we found a new home with everything on the list and more. I worked with Billy Pauling, Mike Taylor and Billy's entire support team throughout the selling process, including the prep work to make sure my house was really ready to show. His recommendations and the actual prep work to complete was a minimal effort and very effective. On my initial meeting with Billy, he helped me understand all the steps of the entire selling process and set a quick and realistic schedule. Whenever I had questions he was always available and provided very easy to understand answers. Even after my house sold, he and his team were proactive in keeping me updated on everything and we had a very quick and smooth closing. It was evident that he took his role as a realtor seriously.As a first-time homebuyer, I embarked on a challenging two-year journey to find the right home. Properties I bid on always had multiple offers, and initially, I hesitated to fully trust Mike's professional opinion. I was adamant about making my own decisions, but over time, I learned to appreciate and accept his guidance. With Mike's patient support, I submitted numerous offers, and with each one, I found myself adapting and aligning with his recommendations. Lisa Hauschild is amazing to work with and her team is awesome too! Lisa helped us buy our first home and she just helped us find our next home which is a dream and she sold our first home and made the whole process so easy for us! Lisa and her team went above and beyond in the service we received and we were very happy with how everything went. Lisa is so responsive often answering texts emails calls outside of business hours to ensure we were always taken care of and had great communication! Their team also adds thoughtful details such as providing pizza on moving day and personalized tumblers on closing day. I felt empowered as a seller and a buyer with this team on our side. We can't recommend this group enough especially Lisa!
