While the primary items I was looking for were not available or not in my size, I did find a small number of things I needed and in the correct size. The excellent guest service by sales staff and cashier made the visit a very good one.

They had the items I wanted, track suits, but they had them locked up and with no one anywhere around to unlock them. I walked around the store and couldn't find anyone to unlock them. Very disappointing.

Very limited petite section. Store looks like a TJ Maxx with all the clearance racks. Only cashier was in the back of the store.

The store looks kind of sad compared to when I used to shop there many years ago. Many empty shelves.
I was there to drop off an Amazon return.

The lady who checked me out asked me who I was voting for. When I didn't answer she went on a rant throughout the whole time I was there about religion and how a true christian couldn't vote for Harris/Walz. The whole checkout process was very uncomfortable because of her. Keep religion and politics out of your checkout process. Thank you.

Realize all name brand items are chain locked and there are no easily accessible associates to help. Order online or go somewhere else.

The Eden Prairie store was tidy and easy to get around in, I had my granddaughter with me so used the shopping cart. Check out was a breeze!

Just completed a purchase at Kohl’s online using the website, where I could easily deduct my Kohl’s cash from the purchase at checkout. Product was in stock at my local store so i was able to pick it up within an hour. Pickup went smoothly with friendly customer service people.
