I’ve been to this salon with family members a few times and usually had great experiences but this week I got a pedicure that ended up becoming infected within a day of the service. I ended up calling and the staff was very rude to me until I brought in a note from my doctor stating that the pedicure was the cause of an infection. I was able to get my money back, which I am grateful for, but there wasn’t much remorse or professionalism about the situation. I am on strong antibiotics three times a day. As much as I have had great experiences before, I won’t be back after this.

I highly recommend LA Nails! Michelle did an excellent job on my pedicure today! She’s very thorough and professional as well as welcoming. My nails came out perfect. Also, the place is very clean and relaxing. Thank you Michelle!

I went with my mom for first time. My mom has lot of callus and needed exfoliating. So, based on the paper they gave me I chose the one the most suited. When the pedicure artist did not do what was on the sheet and I asked, they got furious and were talking in their own language instead of explaining. I don’t recommend if you don’t know how to speak their language.

I went there with a friend a while back. We didn’t have appointments but did a walk in for pedicures
Overall the nails were fine, but what I have complaints about were how uncomfortable they made my friend feel about how she planned to pay for the service. She took out her wallet and took out her credit card to pay. The guy who did her nails reached over the seat and looked IN her wallet, spotted cash, and basically made her pay with the cash instead. No regards for the fact that she had planned to use the cash for another specific purchase or even if she had enough cash to cover the cost of the pedicure
Very unprofessional and people should be able to pay how they want without being pressured into something else

It was my 2nd time going to this place today and Michelle did a great job at doing my nails exactly how I wanted. It’s been hard for me to find a nail master who can do thin and clean manicure. Also the staff at this place is pretty friendly.

I drive 46 minutes just get my nails done, and let me tell you it’s worth the drive!! The service is absolutely fantastic, they are so kind and helpful. They make me feel comfortable and pleased! At any other nail place I find myself not always liking my nails but I’ve been going here for over a year and I fall in love more and more with my nails every time!! If you want a beautiful nail look and friend I definitely suggest going there!!

I had a fantastic experience at LA Nails today with my daughter! We both decided to try Gel-X nails, and we couldn’t be happier.
