Not worth your money. It's blatant that they're not spending it on regular maintenance, let alone updating. They try so hard to be superficial, but when there's ceiling tile falling down and hardware that's been broken for months in the locker rooms, they're not fooling anyone.

Had to have an emergency medical procedure performed earlier this week. I woke up today and realized I had forgot to cancel a yin yoga class for Saturday morning. I called after the cancellation window closed, but 90 minutes before the class started. I was basically reprimanded by the person who answered the phone, they were completely unhelpful, unempathic and unconcerned with my situation. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, I was told there were no managers on duty during the weekend at this location then hung up on me.

Recently joined lifetime - reasonable cost for a family of 5, but honestly the best and biggest benefit is the kid zone/child care. The facility is huge and just what it looks like in pictures. Basketball court, turf field, small play structure and super engaging staff! It’s a gift for a SAHM to have time for self care. Whether I walk, workout, or simply enjoy an hour of peace in the cafe. Worth every penny!

This particular location has the worst steam sauna of the Life Time locations I know. For some reason they got stuck with the lowest budget for this.

For having to pay 180$ a month for not even the highest tiered membership you think their equipment would be better than this. This basketball has lumps all over and sounds like it was filled with helium every time you bounce the thing. I could write a short novel about how everything in lifetime is overpriced but I’ll just leave it at that.

If you like basketball, do not sign up here. They are doing everything in their power to get rid of basketball. Staff is great, but management decisions are terrible.

This place couldn't be more disgusting and over-priced. Sauna, steam room and hot tub all broken in the men's locker room. Steam room has been broken for weeks. Numerous tiles missing from hot tub and the locker room couldn't smell worse. Maybe if staff wasn't wandering around on their phones, there would be time to clean the mildew from the showers. None of this is new, place has gone completely down hill in the last 2 years. For $150 a month, you should be able to shower without gagging!

This is an excellent club. I have never had much trouble with anyone or anything. The food is good to great. The options and facilities are numerous and clean. Lifetime beats any other type of gym in every area. The only downside was experienced once where I kept looking for some lost goods. I continually checked with different people over several visits until I contacted a previous swim coach. It took a month to get things back, so I'd say the lost and found needs to be better organized.Update: I hardly eat here these days. Prices are a bit high. It's still a pretty good facility, though. It has definitely gone through a roller coaster since the pandemic. Bathrooms could be cleaner like they used to be. This is one thing that always set them apart from other gyms. Haven't lost anything here since, but I would mark your stuff. I think about 4000 water bottles are lost here every month.

This is not my home Lifetime gym, however it is included with my membership through a different gym in the cities. I’ve been starting to go here more frequently simply due to convenience and proximity to my home over the past year. That being said, this location is truly not up to par with the other lifetime gyms I’ve been to. Machines are consistently broken or missing parts or components for months at a time. The shampoo/body wash containers in the showers are frequently empty and it’s not uncommon to find dirty towels lying around the bathrooms or the changing areas. The hot water in the shower goes out more often than you’d like. The towels are all odd sizes and for people trying to lose weight at a gym, are sometimes not big enough. Honestly just not pleased with the overall experience and don’t feel it truly represents the Lifetime experience or brand.

Really wish the front desk could help me start a membership but they asked me to sit in this chair for 20 minutes instead. Seems like they have a nice rapport with the regulars coming in to workout, though.

It's a great facility no doubt. The staff here (between trainers, concierge, front desk, and all support staff) is top notch. The issue is that it is very overpriced. I have switched gyms to a competitor and am personally getting the same benefits (I'm not a group class person, I train with free weight, kettle bells, etc...) for less than 25% the monthly rate that I paid at Life Time
