Unbelievably rude and disrespectful employee. Won't be going back. She was an older lady who has been terrible to interact with multiple times. In todays climate hardly believable that a retail company would keep employees like this around. ZERO STARS.

One of the worst loft store i ever visted in minnesota.I usually shop in loft everytime.Yesterday i went to loft one of the customer care supportive did twice the bill.I took two tops one is 30$ other one is 17 $ but the women scanned 30$ top twice and billed me about 60$ ,when i asked her she is keep on saying whether some one changed the tag but actual reason ,she intensionly did high price top twice .This is what customer support doing to get extra amount from us.Please be aware of this at loft store.

Today I visited LOFT EdenPrairie Mall, and I faced a terrible issue with the staff! There is a old women who dont even know how to scan the barcodes pointed out us.She scanned the single high amount item twice and argued with us saying we changed the price on the tag!Its a basic sense that its a bar code, we cant change a barcode price.Sick of her, we become bad by asking why is our bill high 60$ when it should be 40$ around. Later another women came an revierifed and said it was scaned twice and rebilled us around 40$.Sick of these uneducated and no sense ppl.

I love this store and it’s managed well! I will say for feedback purposes I was asked 3 times to sign up for their rewards program. After saying no each time, another store clerk jumped into the conversation saying “ I really want you to fully understand what this is cause it hurts me when you don’t fully know” and continued to give me the same pitch the other kind women already did.. literally word for word. It embarrassed the super kind woman helping me at checkout and I left the store feeling guilty for not purchasing the $25 rewards plan. ? I wanted to provide some feedback there. Love the store and every other experience has been great!

The dressing rooms were closed due to covid plus many of their items were final sale. Why would someone want to pay for things they can't try on in store before buying?

Your return policy is the worst!!! 40 days with a receipt and you can only give the current sale price. Really?!? It’s still in season and I have the receipt! Walking right by next time.

I love LOFT as a brand, but I will not be returning to this location. I've been in on numerous occasions because of its convenience and I've only had a couple positive experiences. Service is my biggest gripe with this store. Very rarely am I greeted or even acknowledged by an associate during my time browsing the store which is very off-putting. Completely ignored which drives me crazy. I've returned over and over again in the past thinking maybe the associates were having a bad day, but unfortunately this has been my typical experience. I expect more from LOFT given it's one of my favorite brands to shop, so the lack of service at this location is disappointing. I prefer to drive the extra 10 mins or so to the Southdale location.

I had a couple of returns. The manager went out of her way to be personable and fun! I went in feeling tired and frankly after my experience at the GAP trying to return something, less than positive - but I left feeling amazing. Returns went very well and the manager was delightful to me and my family. I would shop here for everything if I could!
