WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had paid for my dash cam to be installed at Best Buy. When it stopped working after a year and a half I came to this store to try and figure out what the problem was. (Since that is what the online agent told me to do). I asked for the installation guy to look at it and he refused to even look at it. Telling me that he sees this issue all the time and the only fix was to fully replace the dash cam. The customer service people said the same thing and refused to help in any way. Not caring in the slightest despite me paying 200$ just for the install. Turns out the "expert" was wrong. They pressured me to buy and pay for a new dash cam which I will now have to return once it comes in the mail. I went to the Roseville location where they figured out the power cable had shorted out, due to improper install and could easily be fixed in 15 minutes at no extra charge to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

Went in this afternoon ready to buy an Apple Watch. Stood by the watches for 15 minutes as several employees looked at us and/or just walked by. Literally a dozen people in blue shirts in the store. Watched another customer ask for help and was told she had to wait- of the dozen apparently only one could help with watches? I then flagged someone down and asked for help- he told me he couldn't help- only the one guy could help. We left- I want to buy from the hometown company but realized they don't want to sell as much as I want to buy. I'm going online and not Best Buy. They should be better.

Best Buy not only lost my radio and sold it to someone else, they also botched my installment for my car. Best Buy messed with the wiring and made me replace my entire radio. Never go here for installments EVER!

No more Best Buy, no communication at all I bought multiple times from them and never got my package on time or ever got email saying it's coming late, the reason I bought is their website says I'll have it in 2 days well 5 days later still no package or email that it's running late! Amazon is the answer, at least they don't lie.

hello i purchased a pink razer headset with cute cat ears (hehe) when i went to pay the cashier (Josh) looked at me like i was some sort of alien for buying this (i am a man btw) i asked him if everything was ok he said everything was fine but his facial expressions didnt say so i felt it was rude he was uncomfortable ringing me up

I have never once, walked into any best buy and been asked if I need help. Trying to get help from any Best Buy employee is like pulling teeth. I'm sorry to this specific Best Buy for getting the low rating but it applies to ALL Best Buy's.

If I could do zero stars I would. Never have I felt more invalidated, lied to, and like I did not matter when dealing with customer service. My product and home were damage during delivery, and in the week following I was lied to multiple times about their response and a desire to make things right. Never have I experienced a company in which their employees do not demonstrate any positive values towards customer service. I recommend NEVER purchasing a major appliance through them.

Bought a washer dryer. The delivery folks came with 2 washers. When I called to have dryer delivered, was non committal when they would deliver the dryer. Already waited a week for the first delivery. Only reason it's 2 stars and not zero is that the deliveryGuy was very courteous and they did stay in the 7-1 delivery window.Update. Took away a star. It's 6pm and never received the dryer or even a call back. I called customer service and they wouldn't tell me anything. I fear it will be another week before we can do laundry.

Been a Best Buy customer for a number of years. We'd lost the remote to our new TV, so I emailed the company to ask if it could be replaced and the cost. They responded within hours, were wonderful and a new remote was on its way within the hour. I wasn't surprised that they were great, but never expected the outstanding level of service I received. Best Buy has always bent over backwards to accommodate. Thank You Best Buy.

Purchased a dishwasher that was to be delivered and installed over two weeks ago. After 4 no shows and change of delivery dates dishwasher still isn't installed. Managers don't follow up. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Josh and team should be embarrassed by the way they run a customer service based business. Completely understand why they have some many negative reviews. Another big box store that doesn't care about the customer. I'm done with Best Buy.

I walk directly up to Cell Phone service desk: Me: I have someone flying into the country with a GSM phone. I need to buy a SIM card to give that cell phone data. I do not want to get a contract; I just want to pay for a package or month to month. Point me at what SIM card you recommend I buy, please. BestBuyCellPhoneGuy: Ummm. Let me look at my computer. ( he spends 4 minutes reading and scrolling on his screen.) Me: Are you looking for what SIM cards you have in stock or which one has the best price? BestBuyCellPhoneGuy: No, looking at which ones are GSM and not CDMA. Me: If you want to know that for the major carriers I can tell you that (, and I do not do Cell Phones for a living, ) and I can see now , on the SIM cards you sell, they explicitly list that on the packages. Wow... How this sort of service is superior to a vending machine is beyond me.

I went to look for a new Samsung 9+ phone. Luckily Darion was the salesperson that met me. Was a great gal to work with. She friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. She got me the best phone for the money and took care of all the data transfer. Made for a stress less shopping experience. thanks,

Great service at this location. They have some nice higher end equipment but not upper echelon of hifi. You can usually find something cool. Deals are rare but if you show up often enough you can find them.

I purchased new new TV two years ago, along with the magnolia, geek squad service plan. After the second internal board replacement, the geek squad team didnt rewire it the original way I wired it. Didn't come on with the TV. Today the geek squad agent arrived at noon and left at 3pm, he didnt rewire it, he didnt resolve the issue. In fact he left my home with my sound bar sitting on my mantle, dry wall residue all over the place , on the TV, Device and the mantle. He left my ladder, no he didn't have one, nor did they sen two tech to remove the 75in tv from the wall. As I arrived home to the geek squad car in my driveway, once he figured out I was the home owner he began to drive away. See my pic. ME WE AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY -- ELITE PLUS MEMBER F...... JOKE!

I've been shopping at Best Buy for years and I have to say they've really turned things around! I remember going there a few years ago and trying to buy a new phone and leaving half way through the transaction. Fast forward to a complete transformation. I was specifically going in for a computer and TV that were on a pre Black Friday special. I was assisted the minute I walked in the door and brought to the items I wanted. Great assistance in both the TV and computer sections. Friendly and the stores are easy to shop and have a great selection. If you've been in the past and were dissatisfied give it another try!
