I have had multiple experiences at this location where I’ve had to walk away without my appointment for the day. Once, I was contacted beforehand to shorten my appointment to accommodate the therapist’s sudden schedule change. Then, after driving all the way in, I was turned away because the therapist wasn’t coming in after all. Today, I arrived after scheduling a massage via the app yesterday and was asked if it was okay that the therapist only does deep, very firm pressure. It was not ok; I could not keep the appointment. The app doesn’t say this about this particular therapist - it doesn’t have any pressure notations at all - and I chose this appointment over another so was especially disappointed and inconvenienced once again.

This Massage Envy location is the best I've ever worked with and I have been a Massage Envy member for more than 15 years. In fact today because of a terrible experience at another location, I almost canceled my membership all together. However my interaction with Aliyah frankly preserved this relationship that I've come to rely on for peace of mind for years. She was empathic, calm and understanding and she reminded me why I decided to commit to Massage Envy in the first place. It also reminded me that one location in Arizona wasn't representative of the whole of my experience with a company. So my sincere thanks to Aliyah and the team in EP for treating me as a customer the right way and for representing the Massage Envy brand in a way that restored faith to this long time customer.

This was my first professional massage. The massage was great but I was expecting more. Why not bring in cupping, acupuncture or other forms of muscle tendering. Oxygen, aromatherapy would all be nice ans make it worth it. Overall I was pleased with the skills of the masseur they did help me.

This was just OK. The staff was super friendly! but I am disappointed with my facial experience. The results are fine so far, it hasn’t been long, but I paid $120 plus tip for 60 minute long service and I was only worked on for maybe 20 minutes, and I can’t stop thinking about that. I left 15 minutes before my appointment time was even over. I have only had a few facials before, but this was certainly the quickest one. Maybe my lady was extremely fast? But I was expecting to relax and lay there for an entire hour, and it was super fast and not relaxing. My lady talked through the appointment the entire time and it was in and out. The speed is nice in some situations, but I was looking for an hour long relaxing facial that would also give me good results. I don’t feel like the service I got was worth $120. I will probably try more of a spa next time for a facial service.

Not sure why I still pay for the monthly service when I can't book within 3 weeks and have tried 3 different locations. I can't book online even when I put in a card because there is ALWAYS an issue. There has got to be a better system.

I am very impressed with the level of service I had today at the Eden Prairie location. The manager, Jennifer, gives impeccable customer service. I had my first massage at this location, and I believe it was the best massage I have ever had. I am so impressed with my masseuse. I will be a returning customer. I recommend.

I went to an appointment and waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes, before being told the massage therapist never showed up. “Please come back tomorrow for a complimentary massage. (Owner was present).”Next day I came in for my free massage and NO Therapist there again! They put me with the same flakey therapist! Customer service 101! Going the last tomorrow.. 3rd try is the charm?

I have been a member for 3+ years. I moved out of the state and canceled my membership. Well at least that's what I was told... I called to cancel my membership which they instructed me to email them a cancelation form. Which I did. No response. After 3 weeks of no response I called. When I called to confirm it was received and processed they said it was canceled. Next thing I know my credit card was charged. So I called to complain so they reversed the charge. This was July. Now, it's August and what do you know? Another charged to my credit card for a membership that I canceled in June! Do not get a membership here they will not cancel it and make it impossible to cancel. If you do be prepared to call every month when they decide to charge your credit card.

Do not fall into the trap of a membership. I went there once and they sold me a membership 2 months ago. For the 3rd time in a row, they have called me to cancel or change my appointment and there is never availability for at least 4 weeks. So basically I am paying a monthly membership and they don’t deliver the service. It is a fraud. They don’t have enough personnel to deliver on their commitment to membership. Worst of all they won’t cancel your membership and Kelly who si the person that calls wouldn’t provide any alternatives to deliver on their commitment.

CROOKS AND THIEVES** BEWARE OF MASSAGE ENVYDuring this Covid time, I had asked repeatedly to have my membership frozen until things changed. Refused to return phone calls or emails. When I did talk, they said no until I quit paying and then suddenly they wanted to talk to me but only to collect more money and they said that after I paid more, then they would talk about put the account on hold, but I had already tried to talk to them. I also got a lot of mumbling about needing doctor forms etc. In this service industry, I think they have done themselves a HUGE injustice in talking to customers. CORPORATE was little help in saying that they don't have control over franchisees and that every franchise has their own crooked policies. BAD BUSINESS

I found the salon clean and following all covid protocols. My facial left me feeling very relaxed.
